I just closed on my new Lennar home and I could not be happier. They truly thought of EVERYTHING. It's simple with Lennar and everything is included. You don't pick out your finishes. They have three different color schemes and three different elevations. But I have no problem letting a professional coordinate my colors. I prefer it that way, it must be less expensive for Lennar and you get more that way. I have LVP floors, quartz counters, all new appliances, fire sprinklers, alarm system, solar, an energy efficient water heater, a gas stove, 36" wide doors, lots of windows, recessed lighting, a beautiful covered patio and a fully landscaped yard! I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and for them to tell me what the catch was but I just ended up really happy! The customer service doesn't stop after you close either. Wonderful all around.
