Our loan officer Zenaida, was available any time to answer questions during and after our home closed, even after hours when I was planning on waiting till the next day to get my question answered. This experience was a lasting one and my only wish is that I went through their lender from the beginning, instead of using my own, which only delayed my process. Great experience with Lennar. Javier, Jenna, Sharron, Jake and the rest of their team did a great job. They were patient with me and got after it when it was crunch time, I appreciated that. Javier handled the loan very well, he exhausted all option and I was happy with what where we ended up with the loan. Jenna did a great job facilitating. Jake took the walk through seriously and made sure the house was perfect for us. Sharron wrapped up escrow and put a bow on the well coordinated process. We are happy to be where we are at.

Overall, our experience with Lennar mortgage was pretty smooth. There were some hiccups along the way, which was to be expected. We would definitely recommend them to friends!

Nic was very friendly, professional, polite throughout the process. He never misses my calls/messages, gets right back. He is knowledgeable, very helpful to understand some jargons. Also, helped to get good rates. Definitely recommend Nic not just for lennar homes, but for any mortgage requirements.

We had a bad experience with the loan officer Aubrey Alejo. She was not responsive to our text messages/calls thoughout our home buying process. Very bad communication, customer service and unprofessional. She made us feel like we were bothering her.

Everyone was very, very difficult to get a hold of when you need them before and after the home buying process.

Javier made the whole process so easy! He returned all emails and phone calls quickly and was always able to answer any questions. Would definitely go back to him again.
