1 While the overall processing went "ok" (a little slow). We had one RED Flag for this company. After closing out Title:
* all documents were send out via unencrypted email, transferring all personal details accounts, loan information on a unencrypted channel.
In the modern times this should not happen, this company also has a webform, nevertheless all documents were send unencrypted. Big red flag warning.

I was contacted by Lennar title after this review. They excused for this mistake since it isnt their company's policy. And they will enhance their internal training to prevent such mistakes. I appreciated the transparency and customer service here, while the mistake was make at least learning the lesson to be more sensitive in the future.
