The employee Nicholas was EXTREMELY RUDE, Arrogant and tried to intimidate me
! He was Disrespectful and didn't KNOW how to do his JOB! Recommend he go to some customer service TRAINING. Additionally, as I was leaving he was throwing insults. Today is 11/3/23 at 11 am. Alma the Manager wasn't there to complain about her employee.

Well where do I start the fact that they have the best customer service around. I've actually been coming to this shop and the last one in Anaheim customer service is great.employees are always friendly they greet you when you come in and always have the parts that you're looking for will recommend them to any contractor.
