Great place to get glasses everyone is so friendly and they just all gel together. Great customer service and knowledgeable team. Good selection of eyeglasses and also sunglasses. AAA roadside service members get discounts at LensCrafters 30% off Plano sunglasses and 30% off all their cleaning products eyeglass cleaner, pre moisten wipes, extra large microfiber cloths & different eyeglass cases. They also take most eyeglass insurance. If you like to have a great pair of glasses either business, sporty, classic, hip or fun. I definitely recommend LensCrafters. Three thumbs up!

I did not use LensCrafters eye exam services. I brought my own prescription. However, the service was excellent. The person who attended us was very helpful.

Anna at the Tampa location (not the one in the mall) was extremely helpful helping me with my very first pair of glasses. She really took the time both before my purchase and when we’re ready.she adjusted fitting for me and gave me a small training on how to use my glasses and care for them.
She really gave me the best customer service! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Annie was a true professional in helping me decide on the best frames, lenses and additional services. I clearly felt that she cared that I made the best decisions and made great suggestions and provided specific
reasons why one choice would make my purchase more enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience with one of your employees, Jahmal. My daughter couldn’t find any frames she liked and really liked the pair she lost, which we purchased 3 years ago. We told Jahmal we would look elsewhere for frames and we would take the prescription or visit another LensCrafters for maybe a different selection.
This is where Jahmal impressed me. He saw my daughter’s disappointment and told us he could look up the frames we bought her in your system! He was able to find the product number and then went to look if these were still available.
Well, he knew his inventory or where to look because voila, he found a pair which were in the great value section.
My daughter put them on, and, yes, those were the ones.
What stood out to me about this experience is Jahmal went the extra mile. I don’t see this very often anymore. He kept our business and I am a loyal customer to this location. He is friendly, calm, patient and seems to care about his job.

They used my need for new contacts (I wear glasses normally) to have me paying for another full eye exam even though my last exam was less than a year ago. I was ready to pay for a fitting but then they said I couldn’t get them unless I did a new exam. I’m paying out of pocket.
In the time of a pandemic no less.
However the customer service at this branch is really good regardless
I would just like it if as patients we could have more of a choice.

Extremely unprofessional, need more training on speaking with clients especially over the phone. Never coming to this location.

Everyone was very helpful from the get go. Doctor Araz Housepian was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail and answer all my concerns. Will definitely make this my home for eye care from now on. Thank you Annie, you were very helpful.

The customer service has decreased. I ordered lenses more than a month ago and as of today no one has bother to call me. I'm planning on changing this location to a more reliable management team. I can't recommend this location.

My experience at the LensCrafters location on Tampa Avenue was over the top! Starting from the front desk, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Dr. Kenneth Van and Jahmal were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond my expectations which made my appointment a fun and positive experience!

This place was a life saver. I lost my glasses, and I have astigmatism that makes it really difficult to see clearly. I called other places to see if they could squeeze me in today, but unfortunately the earliest I could be seen would have been a week from today. Luckily this location had an opening today. The whole staff were really professional and kind. The optometrist was also very thorough in his exam and explaing everything to me. Catherine (I am pretty sure that is her name) is an angel, she really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and what was incredible was that even though I came close to the end of the day, Catherine was able to speak with the tech in the back to get my glasses done the same day! She honestly did not have to do it, but I am so glad she did because I feel totally blind without my glasses. So not only does this location have amazing staff, but a in-house lab to prepare glasses is huge! I would recommend this location in a heart beat
