I came to the Glendale Galleria Lens Crafters tonight because of a missing nose pad on my sunglasses. Within one hour, Ella was able to fix my problem! Great service and I will be coming here again!

Made the appoitment they called and confirmed with me got there on time for my appointment then they claim they don't except my insurance very poor experience

Toni was the absolute best! He was so professional and patient with my kids. He was quick and made it painless. Thank you Toni and the entire team!

I was visiting from Austin and needed to get my eyes checked for driving! Tony was amazing, he got me, and was able to get the glasses sorted that day! I am so happy, service was fantastic!

Let me start by saying I’ve been to three major eyewear retailers in Glendale (America’s Best, Warby Parker, and LensCrafters) and the staff at each location was super friendly and helpful.

I never made a purchase nor had an eye exam at Warby Parker so I can’t speak beyond the people on the floor.

I‘ve had two eye exams and have ordered contacts at America’s Best three years ago. The optometrist was nice and attentive, however I was never satisfied with the resulting prescription for my contacts nor glasses (I ordered glasses online through Zenni Optical as I had for a few years and I will never again as they always seem to botch the order and have cheap material, so this could be more of a Zenni issue.) Gave them a set of vintage Cartier sunglasses to repair.
They called my 3 weeks later (were going to take 2 weeks total) to tell me they need a week more since they had lost them, and just found them again.

After going to pick them up and paying $150, they couldn’t even give me a wipe cloth to clean the lenses.

The people who work at this store have the worst attitudes. Especially the ones behind the main counter.

The sunglasses looked good, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

They came in clutch for me! I called the store around 30 minutes before closing saying I had a broken pair of Ray-ban glasses I bought in a different country and Ella said they had the exact same pair I purchased in 2019! My frame was broken at the right arm and Ella just switched my lenses for me while antonio rang me up and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks you both!

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now. I literally can never complain. Everyone is nice, and attentive. Love going through the eye exam process. I also really appreciate that they break down pricing for you. I have multiple insurances that cover vision, and they always check which option would better suit me.

My eye glass screw came out while I was working. I managed to tape it for the day and continue working. On my break I remembered that I would see an eye glass store in galeria every time I was going to shop. So after my work I drove there, but I wasn't sure they can help me with my glass problem or not. When I got there, i explained the situation i also told them i can't work without my glasses. They took responsibility and fixed my glass for no cost. My glass was ready for less than an hour. People working there were very nice and understood my situation. Thank you to everyone working there and the managment.

Quick and easy process of getting in and out of my eye exam. The staff was great and courteous during my eye exam, and Tony up front helped me pick out a frame and lens choice that best suited my needs! Great overall experience.

I came to LensCrafters Glendale on lunch hour as to check out some frames (I gave my prescription) & the prices. I picked up a Designer frame & asked Renee the Associate helping me how much will it cost me with my Humana VIsion insurance. She gave me a very reasonable quote, (almost same as the earlier eyeglasses place I went, but not a designer frame). In an hour we finish the deal & off I go! I love the service provided to me today at LensCrafters Glendale, hoping it will be like this all the time! Thank you.

Great service! Needed to repair nosepads on my sunglasses and the service was both quick and easy!

The lense lab is fantastic. We brought in what we thought was a hopelessly destroyed frame and they fixed it in 15 minutes. And they were extremely polite.

Went in for a pair of glasses and Tony helped me out A-Z really nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
