I loved my experience at Lens Crafters in Westminster Mall! Angel the front desk person was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. His personality was so comforting and he was so attentive to the details about what I like for my frames to look like and the style I like. He’s the best ever! He even took the time to explain every detail I wanted to know about what I was paying for and why upgrading was the better option for me ️

I love lens crafters, but I especially love this location. I always have amazing experiences of customer service. Today I came in and once again was so pleasantly treated. Tony the manager was amazing, he helped through the process of getting rebate on my contacts. And I got a great promotion on glasses as well. I love coming here!

I hate going to have my eyes checked the Dr was super friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies were a breeze to work with! I am excited to go back and pick out my new glasses (I usually wear contacts)

The eye doctor (Hii). Was very thorough in evaluating my eyes. I have a stigmatism and it takes patience to evaluate. Also Mai was very helpful in fitting me in my new glasses. I have high cheek bones so I need the right shape frames that clear my cheek bones. It was all a very pleasant experience.

Everybody was nice. The glasses were ready in an hour. As a grown man whose mother still dresses him it was refreshing to have the nice sales lady “Mai” help me pick them out. The last pair I bought on my own were ridiculed as “Dahmer glasses. ” But these are stylish and nice. Great store, great experience!

Lens Crafters offers a great variety of frames and its service and employees are very kind and patient! I do recommend this place. Mai Nguyen, the manager, was so welcoming and professional.

Today I went to the Lens Crafters in Westminster and they were AMAZING! The moment I walked in they greeted me with a warm welcome. Throughout the process everyone was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend everyone in search for their eyeglass needs to come to this location.

My visit to LensCrafters was excellent and extremely helpful. I was helped by Jennifer who I asked to repair my eyeglasses (Reassembling and replacing screws), this service was done very quickly in about 10 minutes and no charge was asked of me! They went above and beyond as well and included some simple repairs to the frames of my glasses. Overall I recommend their services and commend them for their helpfulness and professionalism.

Today Tony and Nicolette helped my son Kingston and I. These people here are absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional yet very, very kind and helpful. My son had an eye exam with Dr. Yang and he was wonderful too. It means ALOT in these times to feel taken care of and really tended to. We got my son an excellent pair of glasses and lenses too of course. I will be returning on Wednesday to purchase a pair for myself. I too purchased a pair of frames online and I'll also be taking them to this location to purchase my prescription lenses with them to put into THOSE frames! Thank you for being great and taking care of us! You now have a new family of customer's for life!

Lan was wonderful to work with. She made the experience very comfortable for me. She’s obviously very in tune with patients and customers, and is happy to help out when needed. Richard was also quite helpful in showing me around the place. I’d come back here again if I ever needed new glasses.

The associates were very considerate and courteous, they gave me enough space and time to choose the frame that I liked from the wide spectrum of variety that the have. They professionally explained all the available features of the lenses that would be suitable for my vision. Thank you Lan and Christian for a job well done.

This was my first eye exam since I was a kid and the whole experience was smooth. Dr. Vivian Le was very informative and Jennifer was very thorough explaining my insurance plans and their promotions. Overall a 5 star experience and this will be the only place I will be coming to for my future exams and frames/lenses. Great selection and great staff.

Mai provided exceptional customer service! She was patient and helpful as I was picking out new glasses. It always takes me a long time to decide. I appreciate her assistance. LensCrafters should do more to keep their employees. It was helpful to me that I worked with her last year. Everyone else was new.
