The manager Gina happened to be the reason for my disappointment. I've always had a good experience with the service and with the product but this time I can't say anything good. I actually asked for an immediate refund. I felt cheated
The attention was superb. The location is very convenient and the Doctor's way of explaining patient's needs with the help of great equipment and technology is very accurate. I totally recommend this location. A lot of options when it comes to their inventory for frames and brands. It was not crowded at all, parking is always available.
