Linda is the best! She’s very nice and approachable, and remembers our specific past interactions, which helped for ordering the right contacts for me. She made me feel like it was not a business conversation, but a friendly chat. My last appointment I could tell they were a little bit overbooked (possibly?) and it felt a bit rushed- but Linda took her time with me and it made me feel calmer and more heard. She also reached out to me after I had left to double check and make sure that I was satisfied before she made the new order for me. I’m unfortunately moving, but if I was to stay in this area I would come back to this LenseCrafters just because of her!

Everyone at this location is a complete gem. Betty Sue, Maria, and their new eye doctor were all absolutely amazing, kind, and very patient. They helped me get all set up and all my worries quickly melted away. I appreciate this team so much! Will definitely be coming back.

This place is great! They helped find me the best discount and had a nice selection of frames. They were very friendly and got me an appointment within the hour after my old glasses fell and broke this morning. Will come back again

It was my first time at Lense Crafters, and it was great. The gentlman who took care of me, Bruce, was very friendly, knowlageable, and professional.

Excellent customer service. I broke the frames of my prescription sunglasses and the salesperson, Maria, found frames that would fit my lenses which were not damaged. So I did not have to go through the process of getting new sunglasses.

Came in to get my bent sunglasses repaired. Met with Maria and she was so nice and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Angelina was so nice and helpful. She explained all of my options clearly and concisely. The selection of frames was good and Dr. Tannous was very professional and attentive to detail.

Dr. Copperman aka (highly intelligent self esteem doctor) was very thorough and meticulous about his work in showing my pictures of my eyes and was also very comforting in terms of explaining all of the anatomy throughout my eye! Very professional highly recommend him!

Fast, competitive pricing and friendly service. I lost my sunglasses and needed replacement quickly. Since I had not had an exam in the last two years, was very lucky to get a next day appointment on a Saturday. They had the Ray-Ban aviator in stock, and was able to leave the store after two hours wearing my new prescription sunglasses! Thank you for your wonderful service and helpful team members.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters today! The optometrist was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. And then Sarah and Maria went above and beyond to help apply my discounts, find the best options without insurance, and credit/re-charge the sale when I forgot to use my HSA card. Wow! It’s so nice to see that customer service is still alive in some businesses!

Have in again because after years of wear and tear I needed a new pair of glasses. I went to a few other LensCrafters in the area and none had selection like they do here. I was helped by Sara she was super helpful in all aspects especially helping me find a new pair of glasses. I live 10mins away from another LensCrafters but would rather drive another 25mins to come to this store.
