I was on vacation, and damaged my glasses. I was able to pop in on a Sunday morning and get a great adjustment that made them fit better than before! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The doctor was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and suggested ways to ease my eyestrain and gave me an alternate prescription for me to choose from.

I had an excellent experience at my eye exam. The doctor made me feel relaxed, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions.

I’ve been getting eye exams for 7 years now and have been coming to the Fig at 7th location for my last 3 exams. The doctors are always very personable and willing to answer all my questions regarding my eyesight. As someone who needs an eye exam every year or so, this is very important to me. The LensCrafters staff is always courteous as well.

It wasn’t so surprising to score a same day appointment with Dr Javadian. What surprised me the most the the punctuality, kindness, professionalism and friendliness was phenomenal.

Dr Javadian is a pro whom provided comfort, confidence and informational care.

I’ll start by saying that Dr. Javadian was amazing! Super sweet and helpful, she made my exam a breeze. My 1 star is due to the sneaky practices by their store associate Blanca. I called and inquired a rough estimate of my glasses + exam before I came to this location. She quoted me at around $278 for everything. The exam was quoted at $75. When I arrived, she called me to the back and told me my exam would cost $120. I asked why I was told on the phone $75? She says “oh that’s for the basic exam, not including the retina exam. ” She didn’t offer it to me nor ask if I wanted to pay extra for that. I’ve worn glasses my whole life and have never been added things without being informed and I always pass on the retina exam. Time for check out, Blanca tells me the frames + lenses are going to cost me around $400. I asked how? ! I was told much less on the phone. She added on the blue ray feature, anti glare PREMIUM, etc without giving me any option or even asking me. I said I don’t need premium nor do I need the blue ray. Look, i understand that people find these added features helpful for their eyesight. But I have never been somewhere that just tags on extra stuff without running it by the customer. This practice is run like car sales. Very sneaky and predatory on her part I’m sure to upsell for herself. Most customers who don’t know any better would just swipe and be charged ridiculous amounts and not even knowing why. To put the cherry on top, I bring her the frames I want and she sells me the display pair. I wanted a new pair I was showing her the pair I wanted. And generally if you are given the display pair, you are given a discount since everyone has been touching and trying them on. Now I have to return for a new pair. This was my first time going to a LensCrafters and I definitely will not be back.

First of all, when it comes to competence and insight regarding services aimed at treating your vision as well as obtaining prescriptions for glasses and contact lens you will not find a group of professionals any more luminous and effective and caring as Dr. Catherine Kim and her staff, with each of them of the highest skill and expertise. In fact I have never had better fitting contact lenses and more functional glasses. They create a perfect fit every time, in the process always confirming to me how much they truly care about my vision and sense of well being. I have never been so warmly and professionally treated.

And when it comes to professionalism and insight and exemplary customer service I have never experienced anything better than Lens Crafters’ very own Juan Carlos, whose charm and sense of service and insight make the task of purchasing the “right” pair of glasses almost seamless and inspiring — and he is amidst many other Lens Crafters professionals whose skillful attentiveness is always memorable.

I stopped in to make the appointment the day before and asked several questions of optician Carlos, who had answered phone prior to my decision to stop in. His phone demeanor and in person was very impressive. On my appointment day, I had the pleasure of being taken care of with the preliminary eye tests by optician Jasmine. The best part was the professional yet compassionate consideration of Dr. Lillit Javadian. She thoroughly explained each step and fully answered all my questions.
I was impressed with the efficient cooperation of the staff and how they were situational aware of customers and phone calls with courtesy and promptness. The office is pleasant, clean, and with a spacious flow that displayed diverse & abundant eyeglass choices and information on contact lenses, too. Having on-site lab provides great turn around and getting glasses back same or next day. So happy they are conveniently located near me and they validate parking!

I first came to the Fig At 7th store in Los Angeles on 10.1.22 to check your frame selection.

The manager on duty at the time (Sharif) was extremely pleasent and helpful despite being busy. The whole staff was pleasent and upon realizing I would need to wait to speak with someone, the security guard showed me where I could sit until someone could help me. (Very considerate).

I wanted to buy a pair of frames through my insurance, but it appeared that my new eye doctor ran the intitial frames that I was considering from his selection of frames through my insurance (which meant I was not able to buy them through insurance until I returned those frames to the eye doctor).

This created a challenge, so i had to go back and return those glasses and then come back and buy the frames that I wanted. It was very confusing, but Sharif was so helpful and made the process enjoyable.

You have a top notch staff here and I will be returning and recommending this location: 10/10! THX

I have been coming to this optometrist for years for my annual eye exam. The facility is very modern and they always do a thorough exam. I appreciate that they have appointments on evenings and weekends. If you need glasses (I don't, I come for an eye health check) then the LensCrafters is attached and they can immediately help you get a new pair.

This place is amazing! They helped me immediately! I went in not knowing if I would actually come out with a good outcome but it came out better than I expected! I got an eye exam and I chose some glasses within 1-2 hours. Will definitely be coming here every year for my eye exams

Great service all around. Their whole team is super helpful, down to their security guard. They took the time to find the right options for me despite not having insurance. They cleaned my old frames and added new lens. It honestly made my day. Thank you all My vision is back.

Professional staff and clean environment. Dr. Lily Javidian is quite possibly the best eye doctor I’ve seen. She took time with me assessing, diagnosing and recommending solutions to my concerns. She was thorough, patient and friendly.

I had some Prada sunnies that I love dearly and I brought them into this store and you won’t believe it: they fixed my sunnies free of charge! Amazing amazing amazing! Thank you to the staff that was so gracious!
