17I have been a customer of this LensCrafters location for over 8 years. Today I left my house in a hurry and forgot to put my one contact that I use so I passed by and offered to buy a strip of 5. The lady in front told me I had to purchase a box, I told her I had just purchased two boxes and I only use the one. She refused, I'm very disappointed in her behavior and lack of humanity towards a long standing client. Sorry Dr. Wong, because of your employee, I just went to America's Best and they very nicely provided me with my contact since I keep my prescription on my phone, I will be coming here from now on.

No exaggeration, Amanda was the best! I went to about four different stores, and nobody would help me get contacts that were discontinued. Amanda went out of her way and was able to help me.
