This place needs to be remodeled. There is no where to sit if you are just waiting. Staff were scarce and not friendly. The guy that helped us, treated us like we were bothering him. He took our insurance information and proceeded to let us know what our insurance covered. Of course he tried to up sell my husband on lenses that he didn't need. We told him "No". When I walked away the guy asked my husband again if he wanted to go with the progressive lenses.not knowing the difference he told the guy sure. I've never been here before, but I have ordered glasses, and it does not take as long as this guy took. It was like he was buying a car! The restrooms though. I've seen cleaner restrooms at a gas station in MEXICO that were cleaner!
My husband decided he didn't need the progressive lenses and called back the next day, turns out you can't do that over the phone so we went in. Turns out, that guy that helped my husband input all his information wrong. DOB and phone number, so he was never going to get a call or email that his glasses were ready! Since he went with just single lenses his glasses would be ready in a hour! The only positive thing that came out of this experience.

Great service. I came on a Sunday with my mom, and it was pretty busy as soon as we arrived, however, we were greeted upon arriving and were able to find glasses. We were helped individually by Samantha. She was quick and answered any questions that we may have had. She was also very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are a little high considering I have vision insurance and lens crafters isn't in the network, but it was still a great deal. I will be coming here for my eye care needs!

I highly recommend the optometrists here. I've spent most of my life being insecure about my natural vision. For the first time, thanks to this office, I am no longer ashamed of my need for vision correction. They're educated and informative professionals.

They'll patiently & compassionately answer any questions you might have. So ask away!

The team was very friendly and patient and explained everything very well to me. I can’t recall the misses name that helped me (didn’t help I was blind due to losing my glasses at the lake) but she was super patient with me and helpful

Danell was a big help in setting me up with the right pair of glasses and I even got a second pair of sunglasses! Thanks Danell.

Joyce is AMAZING! While waiting on my NEW GLASSES she straightened my existing pair that has been crooked since I sat on them about a year ago

Lens crafters treated me like a celebrity Danielle took the time and tinted my glasses treated me like I was their only client extremely customer focused and would give her and lens crafters 10 stars if I could

My son twisted my moms glasses and were crocked. Brought them in and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was beyond a 10. Highly reccomend

The staff was friendly and let us browse as long as we wanted with no interference.the choices for glasses are very good.the only thing is that their bathrooms need a good cleaning!
