LensCrafters, Redondo Beach CA

To start, every sales associate I've met has been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They reached out to me to set up an eye exam (for glasses) with their optometrist and they had appointments for the very next day. (That's really convenient for me). The first visit went well. No waiting. Staff was friendly. Good experience with the optometrist. After getting my new prescription, I thought why not pick out some frames in store? Another win for convenience. I picked out some half black/ half clear rayban frames. Checked out. Was told it would take a week or two til they were ready for pick up. Done. Easy.

Come day of pick up (a week later), I walk in. The sales associates brings out the frames and 1. They're the same model of frames but in BLUE. 2. I was seeing worse out of them compared to my current (old) prescription. I asked if the new glasses had the new prescription the optometrist prescribed me. Yes. They did. So yeah we obviously have two issues here. One with the optical department, and one with the sales department.

I could overlook and forgive human error. Stuff like this happens. But two mistakes in two different departments from the same location? It kinda begs the question, how much care do they really put into making sure they're providing their clientele with the best service? Most of the reviews here are pretty positive. I've been going here for a good 8 years now and have had no bad experiences. But having something like this happen is jarring to say the least. They booked me for another visit with the optometrist, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't weary about going back. Thanks for reading.

I came in to have my Prada lense fix, Tanya was amazing and super friendly and very professional, Cesar was the one who repaired my lense and he as well was very professional.kudos to Tanya and Cesar!

This was my first time coming to LensCrafters and my what an amazing experience! The staff here is so friendly and helpful they really make you feel welcomed. Leah was such a pleasure, she has such great personality and really helped me make my choice much easier. And Mark was fast and friendly! I appreciate everyone who helped from start to finish. I will be coming back for my next pair of glasses.

Leah was a rockstar with helping me order new sunglasses! I came in on a weekday about an hour before closing time and Leah helped me for an hour trying to call other stores and order this certain pair of sunglasses online for me! She went above and beyond to help me out and was super friendly!

Lens Crafters in the South Bay Galleria is where you'd want to have your eye exam and eyewear purchase. Dr. Maluni is kind, thoughtful, and a good listener. He shares his knowledge explaining any issues or questions one may have. The place is clean and inviting and have a great selection of eyewear to choose from. Jason and the team are personable and professional in navigating a positive experience with clients. They are also knowledgeable of products, procedures, and offers.

9/23/23 Here at Lens Crafters with my favorite associates Jason and Leah! I am so pleased with the customer service they provide it is unreal that it's like visiting family. Thanks Guys! See ya next time.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted by a friendly & helpful sales associate. She brought a shopping tray & checked in on me while I searched for frames. Once I made my selection, Jason took over and gave great explanations with visuals on my optical options. He was very helpful & friendly. He said my glasses would be ready in about two weeks. I received a call, ahead of schedule, and picked up my glasses today. Mark did a wonderful job making sure they fit correctly & that I was able to see clearly. He was professional, friendly, & efficient. This was a great overall experience and I was able to use my insurance to purchase my glasses. Thank you, Lenscrsfters team!:)
