Usama was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave options available for my RayBan frames. He got me in and lenses ordered in a very timely manner!

What nice people, my aunt needed her frames fixed and Brandon and their team had it done within 10 minutes. I was fully prepared to pay for it, but they insisted it was free. It is really nice to experience this kind of care and service especially post-COVID. Thanks again!

If you want condescending service coupled with spending money on a pair of glasses you don't need, definitely go to Corte Madera Lens Crafters. The specifics: they never asked me what I do for work/how I use my eyes. I was prescribed 2 sets of glasses: one for reading, one for distance. I could not use the reading glasses for work as I am constantly transitioning from up-close text to computer (blurry) to work on the desk (more blurry). When I went back to try to correct this problem, I was not refunded for the glasses and instead ended up paying $250 more for a pair of progressives. They took a whopping $50 off the new pair. Really?

Unnecessarily b! Tchy attitude. Lenscrafters just lost a 25-year-long customer today because of it. I spend a lot of money on glasses and it will no longer be with this company.

My $700+ lenses proved to be defective. Since more than 30 days passed before the defect appeared, Lenscrafters refused to replace the lenses. Unless you buy their extended warranty, Lenscrafters does not stand by their product for more than 30 days. I would expect at least a year of defect coverage for a $700+ product. (3 weeks later Lenscrafters responded to my review.you can see from their response how little they pay attention to their customers).

Carolina, the front desk staff Cade and Kyreek are all very helpful. Dr Hum explained the eye abc what I was experienced and I was very relieved. I came in thinking I had a detached Retina and they took care of me in a professional kind manner. That is rare today and I appreciate that Lens Crafters has such great medical and professional team.

Usama went above and beyond the call of duty. He repaired the temples of a pair of sunglasses. The sunglasses were unwearable. He repaired the temples quickly and efficiently.

At 5: 22 pm I walked into the business and was informed that "we will be closing soon ". Based upon their website, they were open until 7pm. I asked the employee, you will be closing soon? He replied yes we will be closing soon. He didn't seem the least bit interested in helping me the customer. I informed him that I already completed my vision exam at my local optometrists office and that I just wanted to look at frame options. He repeated we're closing closing soon.

The pads on my glasses broke while I was at work. I stopped in to see if I could get a quick repair. Usuma was the associate that assisted me. He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store was well organized and maintained. All the staff were friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend this location for all your optical needs.

Excellent service by technician to repair broken eyeglasses. Brendan succeeded where others have failed to replace a very small screw, which holds the earpiece in place.
