Ceci was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge in helping us transition into the ins and out of needing glasses. John was very good at checking us in and administering the multiple eye exams. Definitely happy we had such a great experience.

Great experience at Monterey LensCrafters. Dr Centeno was very thorough and they had a lot of new machines and I was not required to get my eyes dilated for the information they needed. The assistant manager, Ceci helped me pick out reading glasses and progressive lenses for sunglasses and was very helpful. I didn’t feel like I was encouraged to get some thing I didn’t need.

Such nice people.fixed my broken sunglasses arm.and wouldn’t even take a tip! Very efficient and friendly!

After having a rather stressful experience at an opthamologist's recently, I was a bit edgy about getting my RX filled. However, I
have been a Lens Crafters patron for a number of years, so I went there. I wasn't disappointed. The caring and careful staff checked out the RX I had brought, and checked it with my old glasses. They made sure that I was going to see better! A great place to go. You can't do better. Highly recommend!

I came to get a prescription and new glasses. The optometrist was very helpful with finding my new prescription and I was in and out very fast. After the prescription Ceci helped me find a pair of glasses and purchase the right lens. She was so helpful! She was patient as I decided which lens I wanted and didn’t rush me. Her sense of humor was great and because of her, we will come back.

I had a terrific experience at Lens Crafters in Monterey. They have state of the art equipment, were super efficient, no waiting, great selection, pleasant staff, expert doctor... Really a top notch operation. So glad to have switched.

An awesome place to get an eye exam and new glasses. Everyone with whom I've had the pleasure to deal with has been invariably friendly, helpful, and supremely competent. Go there to get your eyes checked out and a new pair of glasses if you need them.

I love LensCrafters because they have patience with their customers, but also they do not run your insurance (unlike other “allergy clinic” places. You can trust them. From the beginning, I was attended quickly. Yes there were a few paper documents that needed to be completed but Kara took care of that for me, and I noticed the information from previous visit saved on file, so it made things smoother. Note, I am disabled and holding a pencil properly is difficult, so assisting in writing was great. The eye exam rooms in the back have modern machines and appropriate technology, for their patients (I apologize I didn’t get the names of the specific devices that were used). Shifting from one exam room to the next was fun I transported through a rolling chair with the help of the LensCrafters members. Dr. Lani May Centeno was very kind to me and used a traditional route to noting my prescription lens. Then I returned to pick up my glasses with Nancy whom was nice, but I am very indecisive about my frame choice. She had the patience to demonstrate various glasses to me. I previously was attended by Asusana that noticed the shape of frames that complimented each face structure. They LensCrafters for your patience with me and my sister. Thank LensCrafters for providing a safe and trustworthy place for customers. I apologize, I do not have any photos to post at the moment. Thank you.

No star.poor management. Booked my appointment online, filled out everything that needed to be filled, took time off just for this, arrived 10 min earlier, waited for 40 MINUTES and left without ever being called in. I have never been treated with such disrespect. They definitely don’t care about keeping their clients.

Thank you Suzie for bending my glasses into shape. They were basically level already, but with her help, now the sides are even too so my glasses are really pretty set now.

The doctor was great. We also had a great experience with Suzy who helped us with finding the right glasses. She was pleasant and super helpful. Every business needs a Suzy to give customers a great experience and make them want to come back due to good and caring service.

The staff at the front desk were very organized and displayed positive attitude. I was acknowledged as I walked in. They also let you know ahead of time the cost of the exam which to me that was important. No surprises. Dr. Centeno was professional, attentive to details. She explained her findings thoroughly. I highly recommend this facility.

Carolin was so helpful with addressing all the questions i had regarding the many lense options. Her explanations were very simple, clear, and direct. 5 stars!

It was quick, efficient, friendly and an overall great experience. Would highly recommend. Cecilia was even able to get my glasses within an hour which was awesome.
