Needed my eye glass frame repaired. Sonia was very pleasant, professional and so helpful from the first encounter over the phone when I called in to see if they could repair my frame. I took my eyewear in and Sonia helped in person and assured me that I could pick them up in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later they were ready. Thank you so much again Sonia. Will definitely be returning to Lens Crafters for my yearly eye exam!

Sonia is a keeper. My lens frame has 2 screws per side holding the ear piece to the main frame. One screw was broken & the other was lost. Sonia got the broken piece of the screw out & installed 2 new screws.
