This has been my ‘go to’ place for anything optical for over a decade because of their stellar customer service!

What a great experience and what a lovely gentleman Jose, the assistant manager was. From the initial phone call to picking glasses, having an exam, and going through all the details and coupons- just awesome. Time to give him a manager's position! I highly recommend this site and especially, Jose!

Didn’t even need to pay for parking they were so quick helping me fix my glasses. Jose is awesome!

The employees are extremely friendly and courteous. I think they may be understaffed right now. We spent over 2.5 hours in the store with our eye exam and ordering our new glasses. We already had the frames, so it wasn't because we couldn't decide. It could be more efficient and I hope they hire more people. Overall, the employees do the best they can.

Best place for an eye exam! Dr. Kineko and her team are top notch professionals with superb equipment including Optomap and the new Tenometer device imperative during this heightened pandemic time. All optical testing tools were cleaned and sanitized in my presence before proceeding with impeccable detail.

Dr. Kineko is a plethora of positive energy with superb knowledge and communication skills in delivering information and results in a direct manner with human concern and sensitivity. Highest recommendation for maintaining one’s eye and personal health.

Terrible, lackadaisical service.
Had an issue with contact lenses that couldn’t be addressed in person.
On the phone trying to speak with associate for an hour and a half, and not one person answered to at least acknowledge and put me on hold.
Deplorable. They obviously do not care.

Impressively rude on the phone. I should be a better person and support an independent store anyway. Why go to the Starbucks of eyeglasses and get treated like an a$$#ole when a small business will do a better job, eh?

I had a terrible experience there.had to come back twice and they gave me a wrong prescription!

Made an apt for an eye exam. Saw me 45 minutes late. All in all I saw an optometrist for 10 minutes and waited 1hr+ even though things were relatively slow. Good service, friendly peoplr, just slow

Only come here if you want to be blatantly ripped off, check anywhere else and it will be better value altogether.

Walked in for an exam and waited only 5 minutes. Very thorough and professional exam. The eyeglass staff were courteous and helpful with selecting frames and lenses. Ordered three pair of glass and one pair was ready an hour and a half later. Will definitely return.

I was forced to wait for 40 minutes after the time of my scheduled appointment this morning - I was NOT a walk-in - and ended up leaving. This after doing business with LensCrafters for many years. The intake staff was rude and uncaring, acting as though my time were worth nothing. Perhaps once this is posted, LensCrafters will let those inept employees find jobs that do not require them to deal with the public and clean up its act.

The woman who helped me replace the lenses in some Persol sunglasses was so pleasant! She was so kind doing this service for me that didnt require any payment. I wish I got her name, but thank you!
