Our server was absolutely wonderful, I think her name was Amy? But she explained everything and was very fast in putting our order in! Thank you, can't wait till my glasses come through the mail.

Thank you for the help and assistance ladies! This is my 3rd time coming here and I’m always treated like family. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I really do appreciate the level of care and attention I’m given every time I come in. I’ll be stopping by to pick up my sunnys next week!

I don't like giving bad reviews but they can't get it right. I had to go back 5 times. My prescription is simple. Basically need readers with blue screen protection. The glasses are still not right. Now they are posturing at my request for a full refund. They said they will get back to me. Let's see what happens. They need lessons from Nordstrom and Disney.

I bought five pairs of lenses in this store, the prices are very high, I am giving two stars because the last time I bought lenses 1 month ago, I was supposed to receive my glasses the same day of the purchase and then I received a call they told me that my glasses had broken after that I waited more than 7 days for my glasses and they didn't call me I had to call and the offers they have are a lie I ended up paying more than $ 400 and that I had a coupon of 50% discount

The staff here does not have the knowledge to repair the hinge of the glass which is stuck. It is very disappointing when they lied and stated the spring from our glasses is missing. Instead they wanted to sale us another pair of glass for a couple more hundreds dollars. Rather than doing a thorough inspection of the issue. Which is interesting you would think people who work in a glass store should know a thing or two about it.

Small out of the way location next to JC Penny so there really isn't a lot of traffic heading here. The staff was nice and it was not crowded on a Saturday morning not sure what it might have looked like later in the day but really clean and well pit together location.

I needed a replacement pair of glasses quick due to breaking my others. I was originally told it would be 2 hours to get my glasses so i said I would come back later. I decided to have lunch nearby and glad I did. It was 40 minutes and my glasses were ready. Great Job Lenscrafters

Awful! Worst place I've ever been to. Charged me twice for warranty and tried to say it expired after 3 months. Lens are cheap and crack after a few months. And the customer service treats you like you terrible.

Went to get some glasses; waited over an hour to see the doctor (even though I had a scheduled appt.). Purchased a pair of glasses; took a week to make, got a call to pick them up (prescription was not correct). Okay, they said they would fix them; took another week, got a call to pick up, frames were bent; clerk tried to fix and then broke them; said it would just take a minute to fix; 30 minutes later, still not done. I left and I am waiting for a call.but I am not very hopeful. These guys suck!

I like shopping for my frames at these stores, but these people don't understand "I'm fine simply looking for a new pair of frames". When told over three times.

I'm basing this review on the fact that I was placed on hold for almost five minutes after I asked "do you have any available appointments tomorrow? " The clerk said "I think we do, let me check for you. " Five minutes is too long to wait (for me anyway) when I'm trying to give you my business.

Came in at 11 on a Sunday and signage says walkins welcome. No one in store and rep says I have to wait until appts dont show. Would not recommend to anyone. Too bad my eyes are giving me issues otherwise would have left. Lakewoid Center CA

Place looks nice, but the service sucks.
They promise u the world and give u a headache and don't even have glasses ready when they said they would.
Stay away if u can!

I got glasses from there a year ago and I went to see if I can simply replace the lenses because there lenses was defective and peeling off even tho there is nothing on them for them to peel away, there is no anti scratch or anti glare, nothing for them to peel and there isn't scratches on them just simply peeling? They wanted to charge me 107 with a 50% lenses it was 200$ full price just to replace there defectiveness, peace of shit place

I got my glasses here. Like all glasses store is pretty overpriced. $110 for plastic frames. But with insurance $was 60 for news glasses and exam. And I love my new glasses.

Seriously the worst service ever, calling to check on something and I was told that they don't have time to check that for me. Never getting seen here again. Thanks a lot Brandon, worst service ever.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Put on hold FOREVER and had to call back multiple times to get my prescription faxed. AVOID this location!

Not a friendly place. My wife wanted new pair of prescription glasses, no one came over to assist us. We walk out and never going back.

Nothing to complain about. Always been of great help to me even on the phone.they took the time to explain the plans they had to offer to me and how to make it cheaper on me

Horrible
Was passed to the room asked a couple of questions. I had my 18 month old with me and he started coughing and the lady (the assistant) asked if he was sick and why wasn't he covering his mouth and she didn't want to get sick. She stared at my baby like he had some kind of disease. Never coming back I just got up and walked away. Terrible customer service she did not smile once.
