Walked in today shopping around for new glasses, which I really need ASAP. I was afraid I would walk out empty handed. Dani helped me through the whole process, and she was very patient and helpful. I walked out with 2 pairs of glasses! I love my picks and excited for the 2nd pair to arrive. Thank you Dani!

Erika was so great! She made my daughter first eye exam really good and also the eye doctor explained to my daughter the results of the exam really great.

RIP OFF double charging for same item. Left after refund. Dad when I went over there charges I was charged twice for a tint. Charges for the AR that they stare comes with it.

Then charged co pays that my insurance doesn’t ask for. Fraudulent is how it looks. Charged the insurance over $300. Then me over $600. Flat RIP OFF.

Went in for eye exam $59 and then purchased frames and lenses. Cost with Ins deductions was $490 additional. I questioned cost. I paid, and left. Not realizing i had been taken advantage of. Called my friend. He said cancel the order you can get them much cheaper either online or at costco I found the same pair, same prescription, same everything for $235. $255 dollar difference. Mind you without insurance. I called to cancel that evening, I was told they couldnt cancel unless I physically walked into the store. I went in next day and was told they couldnt cancel and had to wait until the glasses were there, which was going to take 10 days. I was obviously upset. Asked to speak to a Mgr. Both the Store and asisstant mgrs were off. I decided to call another store. Mgr stated they should have cxld the order when I called. I called back and explained what I was told. I told her waiting 10 days to have refund was a long time and alot of $, she then stated SHE WOULDNT OF PAID THAT MUCH, AND WOULD HAVE SHOPPED PRIOR TO BUYING, so basically agreed it was too much, and then blamed me for getting ripped off. Horrible customer service, I put my foot down, after being hung up on 2xs, got my refund, also called my bank to make sure they were not screwing with me any further. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone getting there services here.

Staff was really friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

The interior is clean, there's plenty of parking outside, and the selection of glasses is huge. I'm definitely coming back here next year.

Last time I was at lencrafters I had great service. Today not so good this is 2nd time glasses have broken it's just a little screw. I called ahead and it was no problem I don't mind waiting in line but i do mind having the glasses grabbed out of my hand and told it will take an hour or two to put in a screw in. Now I feel like I'm being screwed. Don't come on Sunday they got a screwed tude.

The store was empty and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come help with some glasses adjustments. Then they told me it would take another 15. Any other place I've been to finished adjustments in a couple of minutes. The interior is clean and modern with a nice selection of high end eye wear but the service leaves much to be desired. I don't know if they're understaffed or something but it shouldn't take 45 minutes to get an adjustment when there's only like three customers in the store and like 7 employees walking around and talking to each other.

Horrible experience on this one not even capable to do the right work I had to come back twice and spend almost 20 mn to wait each time I came back.they say done in 1 hour it’s wrong. I spend almost $500.00

This location is a joke I spoke with some lady who said they would fax over prescription in 10 minutes I waited an hour and then spoke with Luis who tried to screen the call instead of let me talk to the manager Chrystal to resolve issue. Finally she says I need to call the other store for Eye Exam company are you kidding this is the worst managed Len Crafter in OC and they should all be fired or retrained that the customer is not an inconvenience but who really pays there salaries. WAKE UP!

These guys are awesome. Really friendly and personable and the optician was the nicest guy ever. He made sure I was fit for the right contacts and let me come back 3 times to try new lenses until I found the right one.

Great service.super nice showroom.very accurate and detailed with prescriptions.a little pricey but you get what you pay for.definitely reccommend

I've given thisn place a couple of chances to redeem itself, but it always seems to fail, and now I'm leaving to find a better place. Horrible staff, un-organized and just a waste of my time.

Great place for all my vision needs. Teresa is amazing and has always gone above and beyond. I drive across several cities to this location because of her. She's also absolutely gorgeous.

I was in Disneyland a couple of weeks ago with my partner and he had an "emergency" with his contact lenses. I called LensCrafters and their customer service over the phone was great. We got there and they were super kind and helpful, especially the store manager. She sorted out his problem in no time and.surprise, at NO CHARGE! I don't want to specify too much in order to avoid people taking advantage of this great staff, but it was definitely a very appreciated gesture and what was a problematic start of a holiday, surely became a great one! Very grateful and astonished.something that does not happen every day in retail! Go and see them for your glasses/lenses. Very recommended. Great customer/human service. Thank you!

My son lost his prescription glasses at Disney the day before and we needed an emergency pair of glasses by 11am so that we could make a 1pm College visit in Malibu. We cannot thank the entire team enough. Tina got us started and in and out by 11am. We worked with everyone on 4/14/2017 from both associates, to the Eye Dr, and even the Lens Crafter Technician. They really all came together as a team and my son loves his new glasses. Thank you to all of you for your emergency assistance! The Saunders Family

I wouldn't normally comment because I tend to not care enough to comment about service but today that changed. I went in today May 31 to buy contacts. My visit was unsatisfying and not only will I never take my business to this LensCrafters (or any others) I will actually dissuade others from to buy from this store. The associate was rude and unhelpful all in the earshot of a manager. With the many options for eye care one would think customer service would be prioritized.
