LensCrafters at Macy's, Culver City CA

Anthony was fantastic! I came in with acetate glasses that needed to be adjusted and he was able to take a look at them and get them fitted to me super quickly and in time for me to catch my flight! Thanks so much Anthony!

Went to LensCrafters in Macys located in Westfield Mall in Culver City and I would like to share my experience there. I wanted to try a new optometrist after I had been going to mine for about 8 years already and just wasn’t feeling like I was “seeing” better as my vision isn’t that great. Christopher and Will welcomed me right away with such an enthusiastic approach! Even with being in constant business with ppl and paperwork, I felt relaxed and patient knowing they would be with me as soon as they could. It was my first time there and I had questions about my insurance and what they cover and how everything works every yearly visit. It got busy but those two kept their cool and took care of me and everyone else as smoothly and efficient as they could. When I didn’t understand something and asked again, I really appreciated their patience and re-explaining to me. They made me feel very comfortable. As for Dr. Sara Heikali, I am very happy I did my research in finding her/a new Optometrist for me. She helped me with answers and listening to questions I wanted to know and had heard answers before and never quite got solutions too. She helped me to understand and feel better about wanting to go back to them/her again and again. I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know

Store Manager William is very pleasant and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, I had bad experience at another location of Lenscrafters. I walked away from that store and changed to this Macy's location. William provided me an excellent and satisfactory service. I will return to this store next year for sure (I update my glasses every year) and can recommend anyone I know. Thank you William.

The entire staff was amazing, especially Anthony because I was just informed that I should have progressive prescription and I wasn’t happy about it due to my age! Lol! I’m just in deny about having to get progressive lenses but the staff was super supportive and amazing! I love the doc too!

There is a LensCrafters store in the Fox's Hills Mall and another one right next to it in Macy's. I specifically always come to the one in Macy's because William is beyond helpful and knowledgeable! He is so friendly and makes the entire visit so enjoyable! LensCrafters is very lucky to have someone like him working for them! From now on I will only go to that store because of the service and knowledge that William has!
