LensCrafters at Macy's, Temecula CA

The help at this particular Macy's Lenscrafters in Temecula was particularly efficient and knowledgeable today. Really appreciated the speed with which she processed my contact lens order, promoted a sunglasses special (which I really needed BTW but didn't exactly come in for) and found other ways to save me money with AAA discounts for example. It's great when someone really does their job well and takes time to assist customers and add value to their purchases.

If you want great customer service and support ask for Jessica. She’s the manager for the lens crafters inside Macy’s department store. She goes far and beyond with her customers. Thank you for your exemplary service!

Jessica and Marvin were a hoot! Made the process of choosing frames less stressful. Were honest about if the frames I was choosing complimented my face or not. Very knowledgeable about the different add ons for the lenses. Whole process from the exam, choosing frames, and check out was dealt with great customer service and ease.

Marvin and jessica provided EXCELLENT service helping me find two frames, one sunglasses and one prescription glasses that I really needed. Typically I don’t care for sunglasses at all but they help me find a pair that was right for me. Super patient and considerate.
