If you are looking for a really good plastic surgeon, look no further. I am currently 10 days post op & feeling great. I am 38 years old and have been thinking about breast implants for years. I finally decided it was time. I live in downtown SJ so naturally I was looking into doctors in Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Campbell. Unfortunately I didn’t find myself loving the first initial interactions I had with a handful of clinics. I had a good friend refer me to Dr. Gray. I booked a virtual consultation online and the rest was history. I have to admit, a huge set back for me was paying $500-$600 just to get an in person consultation with the doctor, not knowing if I was going to move forward. Dr. Gray is not only very knowledgeable but there was no fee for a virtual appointment or my first in person appointment. Once I saw Dr. Gray in person and began to communicate with Cherisse, his wonderful partner, I knew this was it. I’d like to say, I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at any doctors office. Cherisse is an absolute saint and goes above and beyond to make things easy and seamless.

The day before my appointment I spoke to the anesthesiologist who was so kind and transparent. Fast forward to day of surgery -Nicole, my nurse, was absolutely amazing. I mean the kindest person who took such good care of me. I had zero to no nerves because of her. I am already in love with my implants and they aren’t even fully healed. The recovery has been way easier than I imagined. The entire experience start to date has been easy and stress free. Dr. Gray and his team are truly the best.

I just want to thank the staff the nurses the doctors for all the attention they gave my wife very attentive they made us feel at home the hospital is very clean the rooms are comfortable one thing I was happy to see they have a shower in the room to me that was a plus the food was good healthy chicken with vegetables. I’m glad we picked this hospital thank you again to the workers in Hospital Angeles

Dr. Gray and his staff are amazing! I don’t live in the area and I traveled to him for my surgery because he is the absolute best. I highly recommend him for any procedure. He is a true perfectionist and you will get the most beautiful results. He is also very honest and genuine and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. He is still the best plastic surgeon in the industry!

Dr Gray operates at a level of experience and professionalism that helps ease the natural reservations one would have while pursuing reconstructive/intensive surgery. He also has a bedside manner that is not always found with bay area surgeons. The staff in the office are willing and able to provide logistical support with insurance issues - Cherisse especially has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions.

While I sincerely hope I'll never need such intensive surgical work done in my lifetime - I can say that if such a need did arise - Dr Gray and his staff would be who I trust with any such task.

I was a returning patient with a ruptured implant from a previous augmentation preformed by this office. I didn’t want a lift with major scars, so I chose to replace both implants, with no lift Dr. Gray decided (while I was under anesthesia) to put in the largest implants he could, (over 700 cc and am a small framed woman) I ended up bottoming out with humongous implants, I was not satisfied with the humongous implants, they were heavy and painful and went back and expressed that I could not live with my results. I am a very active person. The implants interfered with my lifestyle. I expressed my dissatisfaction after I recovered. The patient coordinator gave me a reduced cost to replace the implants, due to my dissatisfaction. I then had a lift performed with smaller implants. It was a long, nearly 9 hour surgery. After the surgery I ended up with an infection.the doctor went on vacation and never checked back in with me after a few weeks of being on heavy antibiotics. It was an awful healing experience. Mentally and physically. There was no reaching out to see how I healed. I was exhausted after having done the first replacement in oct. 2021 and the revision in march, 2022. All done With this practice, I have to let others know, this is what I ended up with. Lopsided implants. The Areola’s don’t even look like their related. The size and shape of each breast are very far apart. I basically paid to end up deformed. I’ve reviewed the Dr.at their request. They have not reached out to me with any concern on how my experience or my results have ended up. They treat clients like cattle, push you through and and don’t care about your results. They make their money, they don’t care how they results end up for the patient. Beware. I was a repeat client and this is what I ended up with! I spent tens of thousands of dollars here… to end up embarrassed ashamed of my body.

I am so happy! I’m almost 2 years post-op, even had a baby and I’m breastfeeding now and they are still perfect! And my milk still came in perfectly with no problems. I love them even more after having a baby. They were soft before but now they’re actually even softer, yet still held their shape perfectly and even still kept their firmness while still being SO soft! L’ve had zero complications or complaints. Zero bruising after surgery. I healed super fast and loved the numbing effect. Follow-up and answering all my questions and concerns were always top notch. Everyone in the office is awesome. Class act all the way around!

I decided to go as big as my frame would allow, but felt nervous they may look “too fake” for my preference. But Cherisse assured me my choice would result in breasts that are probably too “perfect” to look “natural” but so natural looking they won’t look “fake” (if that makes sense) and I’d say this is exactly what I got!

I did a ton of research on surgeons and I couldn’t be happier I went with Dr Gray. He knows a technique to keep large breasts stable (so they don’t slip out of the pocket) if that’s what you’re looking for and the results are perfect. I also saw some reviews talking about receiving “larger breasts than they’d asked for” and I have no idea how that could’ve happened. He had me choose by trying on the size under the leotard and I signed for what I wanted. I experienced being in 100% control of my outcome and he was both completely unbiased towards my decision, and also completely supportive of whatever my desired outcome was.

The worse. I sent photos, did video consultation, was giving pricing asked to set a date, BMI was under 30.came in for a face to face and I guess I wasn't the look he was going for cause once he saw me he told me no he wasn't doing the work and told me to take some weight loss diabetes medicine (i dont have diabetes). He told me he couldn't make me look how I wanted to but never asked what my goal was just kept telling me I wouldn't look how he wanted me to look. I guess he wanted a white skinny women who he could make skinner? ! Who knows but to get all the way to the booking process and be told no because the Dr assumed he knew what my body goals were CRAZY! Then when explaining hey you haven't asked my goals HE STILL DIDN'T ASK MY GOALS just keep saying I can't give you what you want. I walked out and found another Dr who gave me OPTIONS beside diabetic meds and got booked elsewhere.

Wonderful cheerful knowledgeable friendly front office /facility managers. The doctor was thorough, explained everything to me, made the experience pleasant and low stress. The office is beautiful, clean professional. I was treated very well despite this being a minor procedure and my results are better than anticipated.
