1 Very unsatisfy with the purchased of a replacement bath countertop.
Is defective and company offer to fix it but replacement was played in full. This is not a charity. I pay full price for a new not a defective and offer to touch up after.
Not happy at all. Is I have taken time off from work to be there. Fist time I rejected because eas also defective. 2nd time my roommate received and did not looked at the unit. That was even worse then the first time.
As I call to report the company is making me lose money, making me loose appointments with Plummer, with mirror installation and taking more time from my dayli life.
Is not cool. Not happy at all. Apologies from the company are not fixing the matter.
Hope some can read this and pay attention to their customers.
