Les Schwab Tire Center, Clovis CA

I have had bad experiences with some of there competition. I can not afford shoddy service on my work vehicle. I can depend on them to be straight with me, in short I trust them. I bring back my vehicle for rotations, patches and inspections which is covered. They let me worry about my customers instead of my vehicle.

I’ve always been treated well at les schuab. I enjoy their many perks such as free tire rotations, air fill ups etc. I’ve gotten three sets of tires from them so far and found them to sometimes be slightly higher in costs but usually pretty competitive. No one beats their service in my experience and if that’s something you value then you’ll return to them for new tires like I do.

They were very helpful, and although we didn't get tires here, they did have good service. Thanks, for the help.

They saved me money! I had no idea if I Need an alignment and they told me that if my car was going to the would be an extra charge. To my surprise upon my return they stated that my car was perfectly balanced and did not need it! Great staff!

They’re fast and very friendly. Took in my car because of a flat, and turns out that it had a nail. Walked out the door with a fixed tire and my other tires set at it’s air pressure at no charge.

Had to revise my rating based of the service I received from the GM Josh. My family has been going there for a while. All 4 cars. Absolutely no problems. But if this is who is now in charge I will now take my business elsewhere. He ruined what I thought Les Schwab was all about.
Btw. I repeatedly asked him who his supervisor was. He said he didn't have one. I can't file a complaint against him because it will only go to him. Well you can. I found it

DON'T GO TO AN AUTO/TIRE SHOP THAT WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU TO DEATH.

My daughter had a fender bender and we just went there to make sure her tire was ok. It was.

If you have a complaint contact the headquarters in Bend Oregon. Josh will act like he has no idea there is a main office.

Prepare for a very long wait. Not because they are busy, but b cause they are slow. If they tell you one hour be prepared for two. The lobby was nice though.

I came here for a new wheel bearing because I think they have great prices for alignments, which I knew I would need after having the bearing replaced. When I got my car back the bearing was installed incorrectly. I called them about the mistake and got a little push back. However they ended up replacing the bearing again, free of charge, and aligning my car, for a good price. All in all I’m happy with how my car ended up and I’m happy about their professionalism after the making mistake.

This store in Clovis is awesome all the people are very helpful and knowledgeable and never make you wait oh, I'm sure there's times you have to wait but I haven't had to yet! The best part is how customer service oriented they are don't find that much anymore, very kind! Thanks guys!

Very nice people very good customer service. I needed to get a tire and rim for my travel trailer. They were very helpful and got me just what I needed.

I went there cause they was new and have batter service and make better but it was worst and awful.why I said this cause I came for replace new all 4 tires.they find 3 issue that I need to replace before I cloud get alignment.they charge me around 2000 up for 2 new lower control arm and axle.also they give my small lug nut that mess up my wheel lug nut hole sound like they dont have that fit.they just used whatever that cloud hold my wheel and cloud drive home safely.they say they got do by law and care people to be safe but it not why I have 5 or 7 lug nut is not fit through that was worst and awful and just want damage my wheel. I went store buy 3 parts and take to the shop replace them all it cost me like 580 parts and labor on my shop not les Schwab tires shop.after next day I went to Les Schwab Tire on Herndon and Clovis to do alignment but they find another issue is my rack & pinion that need to replace too so it waste my time why this now. I don't go any of Les Schwab tires again and never bother them again

Thank you Ray! For taking the time to exam the damage to my tire. I ran over a curb on a road trip. Left a hug tore on my sidewall. I told them I would be driving out of town the next day. Matthews and Ray made phone calls to find my tire size. They sent a driver to pick up my tire. They had my car ready to go in about 2 hours total time. Thank you for your costumer service was excellent!

Great place to buy your tires and get your brakes done for a good price, customer service was awesome, found exactly what we wanted.

Andrew and Trenton went way above and beyond for me today. I told them I had to pick up my daughter from school at 2: 50. They said it would be a tight timeframe and would be cutting it close so best to bring the car back after I picked her up. I called my wife and she said she could leave work to do the pick up. So I told the guys to start the job but now there was no rush and to take their time. These guys busted their tails and had me out in 15 min! Whoa! That’s great service. My wife didn’t have to leave work, I got my daughter in time and my ride is smooth and safe. Thanks guys!

I feel like im bothering them when you go in and service is slow here. I will go to the Herndon location in Clovis or the Kings Canyon store from now on.

We love Les Schwab. The staff is always really nice and helpful and it's one of the few places I feel we can listen to what they are telling us and not feel like we are getting ripped off.

I wish they did more than just tires, wipers, and batteries. The service is worth it. They honor their warranties. I will always try to takw my vehicles thier.

Lives up to the service advertised in their commercials. Clean waiting area, delicious free popcorn, and courteous staff.

The personnel were courteous and attentive. We were acknowledged the minute we walked in and although they were attending to someone else we never felt ignored.
