Les Schwab Tire Center, Manteca CA

Got two flats on our road trip from Oregon, they got us in and out so quickly. The customer service was excellent as well. Fixed my flats and rotated my tires for free! That's definitely a good benefit of being loyal customers! Thanks again!

Don't know what else to say but WOW service was outta this world and fast, no bs no playing around in the shop, guys get these cars in and out and make sure customers are happy

Always excellent service, the staff is very friendly and professional, specially the service from one technician called Fernando, he answered all our dumb questions and explained us everything in a very professional and simple way so we understand everything, we have been at this place already twice in this year, definitely recommended, its hard to find places with good customer service, good job there Les Schwab Manteca!

Best experiance ive had at business in a long time. Service was super fast and knowledgable, and when a road block presented itself Frank found a way around it without charging me a thing! Thanks guys id pay extra for service like that.

I went to the Costco tire center to have a nail removed and patched. Was told I needed a new tire. Luckily they didn't have it in stock. Waisted 2 hours there. Drove down to Les and not only did they fix it they rotated my tires at no charge in less than one hour. LS has a customer for life now.

Came in at 10 am for an alignment. Its 12 now and my truck hasnt moved. I watched multiple people come in get serviced and leave. When I asked about it I was told first come policy is based on the work being done and not what time I came in. 5 minutes after that my truck is being pulled in. I feel like they would have left it there all day if I didnt say anything.

The gentleman who helped me had no idea I was down to my last $40 as he waived the charge to fix my tire. It touched my heart and I will be back when it's time for a new set of tires.

2nd times been here, so far everything was great. Drop off my work van for break service under Elements fleet, they called got approval quick and everything done in 3 hours. Thanks guys

Very polite probably too polite. I don't like to be reminded about a tire that needs to be replaced but they show various types of options in quality of tire I can purchase.

Just got back from this place and I cannot say enough good things! I had a slow leak for a while in my front left tire and it seemed to be getting low quicker. I took it to the Dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong, but did say their dunk tank was broken so they didn't take the tire off to look for a leak. On the way home I stopped at Les Schwab and they found a nail in my tire and repaired it for free. These tires were not even bought from Les Schwab (although I have bought from them in the past). I am a customer for life! I should have gone to them first instead of the Dealership!

Jeff helped me quite a bit tonight. I was in a tight spot and managed to to get me two new front tires. Right before closing. Now I will be able to make it home a few cities away.

After spending over 300 for breaks i find out i only needed an 80 sensor! Now ive got new breaks with a bad sensor

Had an appointment at 9a.m was in and out in about an hour, great service nice lobby to wait in for customers, will return here when needed

The guy who took my info Did not have very good customer service skills he was not very friendly. I was told about 1and 15 minutes. I sat in the waiting area for about 2 hours and when i went to the counter and asked he said its been done for a while and someone tried to call and couldn't leave a message. Know one called, i was holding my phone the whole time i was there.

I only buy the families tires here and rotate tires takes about 20 minutes. The service is awesome. Highly recommend Les

They are a great place to go for issues with your tires. Went there for a flat tire, they fixed it for free. They are friendly, courteous and I will be getting my tires there from now on. I was in and out fairly quick. Didn't even need an appointment. Thank you
