Les Schwab Tire Center, Stockton CA

I was running late it was like 5: 40pm had a flat tire.they was kind enough to help me out.just the care is wonderful.

SO I CALLED THESE PEOPLE TO GET AN Alignment done on my truck. I ASK THE GUY DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT? HE SAYS NO JUST COME IN. SO I GET THERE A WHILE LATER. FOR THEM TO TELL ME SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU, CAN'T DO IT TODAY. SO I SAY WHAT YOU MEAN, I CALLED, THEY SAID JUST COME IN. HE SAYS, WELL WE CAN'T! MINE YOU ITS JUST 1130AM WHEN I ARRIVE THERE, THEY CLOSE AT 5PM. SHM! NOW IM WHEELCHAIR BOUND FOR THEM TO MAKE ME GO & THEN FOR NOTHING IS REALLY BAD BUISSNESS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE WOULD CONTACT ME ASAP! THANKS

Scammers now, always trying to up sell. Don’t fix your flat here they will always try to sell you a whole set of tires or brakes. Total BS

My buddy got a flat on the way home from work and we removed the tire and took it to les schwab the guy ran out to greet us and grabbed the tire in less than 10 minutes he was back with the repaired tire and said no charge my friend couldn't believe it and said the commercial are true great job guys I always buy my tires and get alignments at Les Schwab always fast and courteous service highly recommend

Had a question and called to see if they can hel. I was working on my truck at home, ran into a problem and thought I would call around and ask. I got connected and described my situation to the "brakes specialist" and was told "idk I cant see u have to bring it in" I called all other les Schwab's and they ALL gave me good advice. This is the only shop that I was connected to a "brake specialist" and only shop that gave zero advice.

I had a break sensor replaced about 3 days ago, while driveing the sensor went off again.i was able to go to the closest store and they where WONDERFUL! They made aure my tires where all ok and checked the sensor to make sure it was alright.it was a five min fix and off i was.they always seem to be in good moods even when a homeless man walked in wanting ANYTHING the gentleman was polite and treated him with dignity while removeing him from the store

I ran over a brick (could not avoid!) and popped my left front tire. Got towed to Les Schwab. I had a spare and I was out in 15 minutes. Very good service!

I just wanted to say thank you, Brandon, for an amazing experience at Les Schwab. You did a great job with my tire that the 3 Boys messed up. You're very knowledgeable with your job and very professional unlike the 3 Boys. This place is highly recommended for all tires need. SN

Came early morning on a Saturday, I heard scratching coming from my brakes though forsure it was going to be my back breaks come to find out breaks were still good just needed some dirt wiped off them. Les Schwab was able to do a free break inspection as well as clean them off for me, now I am GOOD 2 GO. THANKS!

I had a flat tire and spoke to Mike who suggested I put Fix a Flat until I was close enough to get it repaired. I came in to the store was greeted by Samantha - professional and courteous. Since it was close to closing time, I said I would come back and asked if I could get air in my tires in the meantime to help the Fix a Flat substance gel. Jacob filled air in my tires and when I offered him a tip, he refused. He said he loves his job and enjoys making people happy - Mission accomplished! We decided to double check my tires after he was done and noticed the nail that was causing the slow leak wasn't gone and it continued to lose air. I was worried about driving on it. Samantha said they could take a look. They made time for me when they didn't have to. I say "made time" because it was near closing and they could've easily refused and didn't. Not only did Chris fix my flat, they didn't charge me! Talk about amazing customer service, something that is exceptional these days. The hardworking, professional and personable crew at this Les Schwab is a reason I would continue to visit here. Unfortunately, I am briefly in town visiting. But what I will say are these things: I am now a HUGE fan of Les Schwab. I will seek services from them if I need it in the future. They helped me when I really needed it and did so with smiles on their faces. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment and this awesome crew. You guys/gal rock!

They have expensive prices for tires. Matt was nice. Luke customer service was lukewarm and I'm pretty sure they over charge. They weren't prepared either because they told me they have to order the tires I need.

Technicians are always courteous and professional.always get me out as quickly as possible no matter how small or large the job is. Will always go to this Les Schwab for all my tire needs. Thanks Les Schwab!

I had a slow leak in my tire, so I took it to Schwab and James checked it out and he fixed it. Service was great.

I was told to not come back because I was using the restroom without buying tires even though I have a fleet account with them.extremely rude.

People were nice and friendly as always. But, felt I had to leave this review because this has happened 3 times at this location (CHARTER). Two times my lug nuts were over tighed (different occassions). I decided to give them another shot to fix a flat tire, I was told 45 minutes so I went back to check on it and it wasn't worked on yet. So to make matters worse the tire I was told had a small hole and the next day was flat again. Maybe they rushed my repair.will be trying another location.

Very attentive and professional. No problems getting the work that is needed taken care of. Great value for your money. I recommend this store.

As always, the crew was friendly, prompt, and they did not charge for a tire patch. Based on their service, I plan on reciprocating by purchasing my tires here.

This place is so amazing. In an out quickly most of the time (like 9 out of 10) employees always very nice. I needed two tires fixed an I was in an out under an hour.

Had a delightful visit. Ate popcorn wandered around the racks of tires read all the magazine's from last year. But they did rotate my tires.
