Les Schwab Tire Center, Lodi CA

Not happy with today's service. I was told that they had my tires in stock but they didn't. They could have picked them up but they didn't. Nor did they call or let me know the problem they had. I never received a call and after nearly 8 hours I was in touch so I went by. Now maybe I will get them tomorrow.

Ivan, Ben and Erica treated me like family. Their customer service is always above and beyond. Thank you Ivan especially for always making me feel like I'm number #1.

Chris is the nicest representative at the Lodi store. He has always been, polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you Chris

I changed my mind on the tires I wanted on my jeep several times and the staff was always patient and understanding.

Had to leave took to long waited 30min then told me it will be an hour. So I left across the street changed the the tire in 15min back on the road.

This place has always been the best! Always polite, always courteous, never a hard-sell. I am a customer for life. Went in to have my tire pressure checked, will go back for new tires again!

Les Schab, Galt has made a remarkable improvement with their customer service since my last visit. I have purchased a few sets of tires from Les Schwab, Galt because of the convenience of location in relation to our home. Their previous Sales/Customer Service, made me feel like they were not trustworthy and I often felt unsettled after a purchase. Though with my most recent visit, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.

Les Schwab continues to surprise me with their customer service, I've been in time after time with bolts or nails in a tire, warranty approved work no questions asked and quick turn around times.

Customer service was good. They came right to me when I puuled up. I didn't get my tire fixed because It was an hour wait but they were very customer friendly.

I always thought Les Schwab was expensive but I compared them to Walmarts prices on a rim only 20 bucks different but Walmart doesn't provide roadside service and replacement for the life of the wheel and tire if anything happens! Thanks Les Schwab!

Wasnt bad at all but the kid I came in and talked to literally had no idea what he was doing.he told me a 6x5.5 wont fit 6x139.7 and it's the same pattern.tires are a little pricey here too so shop around.

Awsome severice great people. I've bought tires there last ten years. Would not even think of going anywhere else. They stand behind what they sell and located in several western states. Be hard to find people who hustle and work harder than the Lodi store.

I question their honesty. I was told that I was getting the cheapest tire and then when another guy came in he quoted me and even cheaper tire. What's up with that

Fixed two holes on my truck tire for free and I bought those tires somewhere on line. Pretty cool of them. I am I customer but these specific tires were not from here. I love this place. Also Shaun was the one who took care of me. He went above and beyond for me and it definitely is what will bring me back to have some work done next time. Thanks.

Les Schwab Tires is great. I had a tire with a slow leak, feared I would have to buy new tires. Turns out there was a screw in one tire that was able to be patched and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I'm not sure what to think. I took my conversion van in for a break check because they are squealing. I came back to pick up the van and the guy behind the counter said everything looked good and that he didn't notice any squealing. They were squealing right away and have been since. Les Schwab is the most trusted brake service shop that I know of in Lodi so I'm not sure if I trust them and keep driving or go get a second opinion

Les Schwab's is another one of my favorite places for great service. Lots of smiling, friendly people work there and they really do run out to your car to greet you. I can stop in anytime to get the air pressure checked in my tires, free of charge. And making an appointment to get the work you needed done is just as easy. Be sure to stop by the next time you need tires and don't forget the free popcorn.

Came in for a tire rotation. Amazing Customer Service. Gary took care of me. He is awesome and runs an amazing crew here. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend people to come here.
