Les Schwab Tire Center, Sacramento CA

I lost the wheel lock key to my little 4 cylinder Nissan Versa. Nissan said they would have to break the locks and wanted to charge me like $250 per tire! Les Schwab broke the locks for me and replaced 3 of my tires for a fraction of that. The 4th tire was purchased from Firestone a couple of years prior for more than all 3 tires from Les Schwab. It's a little 4 banger, not a Porche! They give you a square deal, don't try to sell you more than you need and air up/rotate your tires for free. I love Les Schwab!

I have used Les Schwab since the mid 90's and have always received top of the line Service. The store on Florin has worked with me on getting what I need for my vehicals for the last 3 1/2 yrs. I deal mainly with Daniel when I go to this store and I doubt that I will go to any of the other shops due to the fact that he has an inside knowledge of what I like. This store has always given me a 10 in all areas of service.

It's like you're at home if you need them when you're traveling. Yes Joe you are welcome I was traveling from Oregon down to southern California. Around Sacramento avancemos next to me on i-5 and starts pointing in Honking. I knew what that point in Hocking meant because I've done it to other people before I assumed I had a flat tire, even though I couldn't tell it as I was driving. So I lent over I get into an exit well into a CVS pharmacy yep back driver side tire flatter than a flitter.look up to see where Les Schwab was there were three of them the closest was 1.7 miles I called a tow truck came and got me took me to Les Schwab. And guess what? I had ran over some glass it was a good chunk end of a bottle. So I got a new tire didn't cost me a dime because I had less than 25% where.they checked all my tires. The air pressure right and sent me down the road and I never had such a relief and full of confidence and made my way to Socal up the mountain over the River and through the woods to my thank you so much it felt like I was at I would recommend anyone to go to Les Schwab.

Try to up so many things that I had already replaced in my car tried to overprice it coupons that I had already presented to them online it shows and $18 oil change they kept telling me they have a charger and $29 it's an advertisement and you see the coupon you can pull up the coupon To $250 battery I did not need

These guys don't try to give you something you don't need, they don't mark up their parts like other places do they do very high-quality work they even warranty brakes for 3 years, can't wait to bring my truck over so they can diagnosed my engine light.

Well I have to give them three stars, reason being is I've had good and bad times with them. Most recently of which was a pretty bad time, I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for them to tell me I needed to replace my tire. And that is entirely too long for the amount of customers and staff I personally saw. I was originally quoted 1 hour maybe hour and a half. It was not crazy in there, honestly I have no idea what took so long, and being able to do either fix or replace a tire given the professional tools in 15 - 20 mins. It was a bad mark. But the time before this they fixed my tire free! Just like it was America's Tire, which I believe is a better place. But this is a company vehicle. I take my personal vehicle to America's Tire.

Woke up to a horrible flat tire and Les Schwab literally saved the day! I have a full schedule and was stressed out but after this, I’ll be ok!

I thought I had to buy a brand new tire wear to other companies told me that I had to buy a brand new tire they fixed it for me. Complimentary, and didn't take a tip, they said it was there job. They saved me $80. I will definitely go there again

Good service. Friendly customers too. One guy asked if my dog meowed. I said "No, he doesn't speak any foreign languages! ".

Absolutely amazing service! My low pressure light came on and I stopped by to have my tires filled up. When the gentleman came to fill my tires he noticed a bolt in my tire. He took care of me right away! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and best of all it was FREE! I offered to pay for the service or give a tip and he declined both! Always love the service I get from this Les Schwab! Great people and management!

Hey Always by your tire at Les Schwab you get a flat or destroyed Tire they give you a new tire no questions asked no other place does that so go to American Tire if you want but it's going to cost you money every time you get a flat haha

Came here for a wheel alignment and was a little concerned and confused by what happened. The first time I came in everything was fine, said I needed my wheels aligned, they say ok then take it in. Everything was good until I got in my car a few days later and realized that the car was veering just a little to the right. They give a warranty on the alignment so I went back not too concerned about it whatever. This time they tell me something’s wrong with a part in the car. Why couldn’t they tell me the first time? So I get the part and take it back, and they tell me another part is wrong. Why do they keep mentioning things they should have told me the very first time I brought my car in? Wasted my time.

What amazingly friendly and great service! We’d blown a tire on our trailer on the freeway and Daniel jumped in a truck and came and took care of us. We have used Les Schwab many times before, but never this one, yet Daniels kindness, speed and professionalism was what set this store apart. Highly recommended!
