Definitely the fastest and most efficient quality tire shop around and actually honest got us back on the road to magic mountain within 30 on and 3 hour job!

Always a good experience. My wife managed to get a welding rod in her back tire. All fixed and new shocks. Highly recommend this business.

A bit costly but but excellent service, friendly honest staff, great waiting area with lots of nice tables, chairs and sofa with television. I worked on my notes while waiting for my car. They also have free popcorn, coffee, water. It was like a mechanical Starbbucks.

We got a set of tires that were on sale. Fast and friendly service! Well after a few hundred miles they didn’t feel right. The truck was all over the road as if it was floating around. Called them and was told to bring it in. As soon as I got there they told me they could fully refund me or apply it to a new set. Which I did. No hesitation at all. That’s great customer service! Highly recommend them!

The service by staff and mgmt is outstanding. They always put you first above selling you something.

Went in for a tire losing air. They met me at my car before going inside and took my car to look at it. The found a big nail in the tire and patched it for free. They also did a quick inspection, all free. I know if I need any tire work I will go here just because of the awesome customer service!

While driving Southbound on the 99 freeway we got a flat tire just outside of Bakersfield. After finally getting the insurance company to send out a tow vehicle, we got extremely great service from every member of the Les Schwab Team. They were very fast and had our car parked ready for us to go in less then 25 min. I would highly recommend this place. Great job.

This store provided excellent service, greeting me as soon as I pulled into parking lot, got my information and had me in & within an hour, very friendly and professional!

Store Manager has VERY poor customer service, he never greeted me, and got bothered when I asked to review what I was e-signing. For a customer not be given written information prior to e-signing is a bad buisness practice. Customers should not be rushed and asked to "just sign here". However, service worker "Joe" was great, friendly and answered my questions.

This was the best automotive services I have ever experienced. Very quick, courteous, clean, and a job well done. I highly recommend.
