Nice people and a decent deal on tires.
The only problem I had was with the upsell, trying to hook me for 700 bucks to replace 2 front bushings and 2 control arms.
My trusted mechanic said the job should cost half that much.

Always love going to Les Schwab. They have been honest not matter which location I go to.
Went into this one today to have my suspension system (ball joints and tie rods) and battery checked out. Ford across the street quoted me at $830 for new tie rods and ball joints saying they "failed" inspection. Schwab checked them out and said they are fine just the rubber boots on them are cracked, and that I had very mild movement in front passenger side and to have my tie rods there checked again at next 5k tire rotation. So thank you Schwab for saving my an unnecessary $800 for a repair my car doesn't need.

Apparently very busy! 3 1/2 hours to get a flat repair. I'm guessing most people dropped their car off, I didn't have that luxury.only 2 people waiting. I am usually in and out in about 30 minutes to an hour. I had many errands to get done and that didn't happen. It was a very disappointing experience.

Even though I had an appointment, they did not have my appointment and told me it was going to be three or four hours.

I was first in line when they open the door there were a lot of people behind me. They told me there was no way they were going to get me in. They told me that it was going to be 3 or 4 hours because there were a lot of people ahead of me even though they were the people standing behind me.

I have been notified three times that Les Schwab has replied. I HAVE YET TO ACTUALLY SEE SUCH REPLY. I doubt it matters much anyway. The work has already been done elsewhere later that same day. Snoozing is losing, I guess.

Telling a customer "No" when they are standing right in front of you at the head of the line, AMEX in hand is not the best way to do business. But competence is a rare commodity these days.

They promised me a time, they failed on that time. After my other obligations, another company came through. It was as simple as that.

Towed in my daughter's car here. Had a flat from some debris that was run over and we could not remove tire due to spinning lug nut. They replaced tire free of charge (we bought originals at Les Schwab). They provided great updates and reminders as to when they were closing so we could pick up car. Great service overall.

Hit a pot hole and bent the lip of my left front rim. Thought it might be leaking, but they checked it and it wasn't leaking. All for free. Thank you Les Schwab.

Pulled in to fix my tire pressure (2 tires were off) and I rolled down my window as the guy stated to his coworker this is “a complete waist of time”

Sad that customer service is gone. I won’t state names because it’s hard times for a lot of people and I don’t want anyone getting in trouble or potentially loosing their job but still - Madison ave DO BETTER

This les Schwab overinflated my tires to 55 psi when the max rating is 35. Causing my rear tires to become deformed while driving across country. I took it to Walmart and they had a fit about what was done to my car. I called the manager here and he said it is in now way there fault and rushed me off the phone. If you want terrible service and want your car to be unsafe and not have your valid concerns to be fixed come here. This as unacceptable and I will never return to any les schwab. Really childish imo

In and out within 20 minutes without appointment for tire rotations usually it's hard to find a shop that will take u fast for a service that's not on there schedule.will definitely return to this les schwab in the future.

I got 2 new front tires late this afternoon. I live 1 mile away from Les Schwab. I drove home and i had fluid leaking from under my car. I called and David the service manager. He came over to my place of residence to look at my car. Then we took my car back to the Les Schwab after closing hours to see where the leak was coming from. He had my car lifted to see under my car and found the leak. David went above and beyond to find the issue. He made sure that my car was safe to operate and that the issue was minor. He didn't have to go above and beyond to resolve my car issue. I really appreciate him for doing that for me. No other auto service provider has done that for me. Especially being off the clock and not on company time. I am always going to take my car to his Les Schwab service shop. I can't thank you enough David.

So thankful for this store! The dealership quoted me almost $400 on a single tire and TPMS repair! With Les Schwab I was out the door at $126! They listened to what I needed, AND didn't need! Easy from start to finish! Thankful for the knowledgeable, friendly customer service.
