Clean waiting room, limited selection on aftermarket wheels, great tire selection, professional service, a little pricey, First class always is though.

We experienced a slowly leaking tire on the front of our motorhome and immediately searched for a Les Schwab tire store as they service us well
They diagnosed the problem, a leaking sensor, and filled the tire, recounted it, and sent us off. As usual for them, they were GREAT and treated us like family! This is why we always come back
The location was the Merced store. We had never. Even to this location previously, but knew how it would be handled. As usual, I Highly recommend them.

Had a blow out traveling down 99 on a holiday weekend. Pulled into Les Schwab at 1: 40 and they close at 2: 00. They still got me in and got me back on the road. Thanks a ton to the crew here!

Had a trailer tire blow out on the highway, I brought the tire in on the rim and they were able to work me in inside of an hour. Great staff

On 9/12/2022, we were traveling home from Shaver Lake, CA from a 7-day camping trip. About 20 miles outside of Madera on a country 2-lane highway, my travel trailer experienced not one, but TWO flat tires at the same time. One was a blow out and one was a mild deflate/separation.

I called the local Les Schwab Tire store, and Diana answered right away. I explained to her my situation. She was very positive and supportive, and assured me that LST could help. First, she verified that they had the tires in inventory, which they had 8. I then asked about getting the trailer there, and it was at that time she said they could come to me. I asked her how long that would take, and she said she would connect me with Chad, and he could answer those questions.

After a brief hold I was connected with Chad, he empathized with my story, and affirmed that LST could get me back on the road. He was finishing his lunch, asked me to give him 10 minutes, and then he would load up the tires and be on the road. He broke down the costs in detail, made sure I understood all of the costs. I was good, and he said he would see me shortly.

As Chad stated, within 35 minutes he was pulling up to my trailer. He worked hard, fast and diligently and had all 4 tires replaced, mounted and ready to go in 1 hour. He explained to me what he was doing through the process, and made sure I had no questions or concerns before leaving. In less than 2 hours, I was back on the road, with 4 new tires.

Chad did a fantastic job fixing my tire definitely coming back if I have any other issues with my tires thank you chad (:

I was traveling through Madera with a load of horses and my daughter. One of the trailer tires was flat and wasnt holding air longer than 30 min. I had 3 more hours to go. Madera Les Scwab got me right in! Found 2 nails and made a super quick repair! The staff was so nice. Especially the young man who helped fix my tire. Genuinely great people. Its impossible to find people this helpful nowadays. I was just blown away with what great service they gave. Top Notch!

My husband I were stuck on the side of Hwy 99 near Madera with a blown out tire when I made a a somewhat panicked call to the nearest Les Schwab and Chad (the store manager) answered the phone, when I explained the situation he said they could have their truck come out with a tire and replace the blown out tire. When the service truck got to us to my surprise it was Chad, I was shocked to see him " The Manager" out on a service call that took him well passed closing time. He was very pleasant and thorough. We made the rest of our trip home safely.

I purchased my tires there and incurred irreparable sidewall puncture about 3 weeks thereafter. They replaced the tire at no charge whatsoever and I didn't even have to request that they do so. I know where I'll be getting my tires in the future.

We were on our way to San Diego when we got in our car and the check tire light came on. We went to Les Schwab and were immediately helped by Chad. No waiting at all even though there were cars up on racks. Thankfully, the tires were just low and didn't have any leaks or nails. We were on the road within 10 minutes of arriving. Thank you Les Schwab!

Was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Waited 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change and 2 new tires put on.um everyone knows that you ALWAYS rotate new tires up front.but did they do that? NO THEY DIDN'T.

Had an appointment and ended up wasting 4 hours of my day because the forgot to tell me my car was ready. Watched my car be taken in and parked in a different location. I assumed they were done. I say and waited until they would tell me it was ready. After watching people come in after me and leaving before me, I decided to leave. 5 mins after I leave, they call me and tell me my car is ready. I come back and my car is in the exact same spot! What does that even mean. It was done for hours, but they failed to communicate. Thanks for the rotation and waste of time.
