They were very very kind and explained everything to me. Kyle was the one to assist me and he was awesome! I get a lot of anxiety and honestly I don’t think I will anymore when it comes to this. Couldn’t be happier!

This place is a joke. I think they are just so busy and don’t have enough staff but then figure it out. When the customer service is dismal and you can’t deliver what you’re saying you can it makes customers leave unhappy. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless you want to wait all day and remind them that you’re there and that they are suppose to be helping you….

It's been almost 3 years since I had a wheel alignment on my vehicle. I figured it was somewhat overdue, which was my fault. I took my vehicle into the shop to see if they could fit me in. What I got was a completely aggressive attempt to upsell me to new set of tires. I am a trained technician, I do know the difference between bald tires and tires with tread still on them, I do know the difference between 50,000 mi in 17,000 mi and my tires were bought 17,000 mi ago I do very much know the difference between a tread that's intact and one that's starting to separate. I do know the difference between an upsell and not. My primary concern would be the noise that might be a wheel bearing and instead they wanted to try to sell me tires. I have been a customer of other Les Schwab's frequently and often and will continue to be a customer of other Les schwabs.

Spend thousands of dollars just to have to come every other month to 2 months because of poor work, non lasting or even good material being put on & poor customer service. I asked them to test drive my vehicle to listen for the screeching brakes, that were just done a few months ago, he says he didn't hear it, I ask "did you have the windows down? ", even though you can hear it with them up, he said "No I did not have the windows down, didn't hear anything. " This is only one example of many.

I have been a regular customer at this location, but my last couple of experiences have me rethinking this. I needed one tire, and it ended up being over $100 more than a similar quality tire next door. Though i needed only 1 tire, they were suggesting 2 tires. All fine and good, but if i needed two tires i would have gone next door and save $200.

Everything is so ridiculously overpriced it’s a wonder people still go there.management seems pretty incompetent.definitely avoid, literally anywhere else is better and cheaper.

Have had them work on my car twice and had problems as soon as we drove it out of the parking lot. Fixed alignment and the car shook after. Replaced battery and the car wouldn’t idle after. They apparently need to reset the idle after changing the battery. They apparently don’t check their work before you pick it up

I bought four new tires in February and they recorded my mileage incorrectly at 100k stating that 7 months later I had driven 54k miles so I wasn’t eligible for the warranty when they already wore out. I work from home and at the end of Jan I have record of my mileage at 146k. When I went in yesterday my mileage was 154k which mean my mileage was actually somewhere in between there. I should have gotten my tires replaced for free but instead I had pay another $300 to replace two new tires that shouldn’t have worn out so quickly. Additionally I paid for TPMS service back in Feb and the light never went out. Paid again yesterday for the service and the light still isn’t out. I will no longer be using Les Schwab.

If I could give a 0 I would. I was told my tire was too bald to patch when I brought it in after it was punctured by a screw. Brought it to Les Schwab in Rocklin and they were able to patch it no problem. I believe this was pure laziness.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! We have been to Rocklin and Placerville Les Schwabs and swear by them their customer service is TOP NOTCH but Auburn absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Will never go again. If I could give no starts I would!

I had an appointment for wheel balance and rotate and wheel alignment. After waiting for an hour and forty five minutes, I inquired as to how much longer it would be. Found out the service writer never wrote up the alignment but the balance and rotate had been completed. I asked if the air pressures were checked and was told that they were set according to the label in the door panel at 35lbs. Door panel label says 39 lbs! 2 were set at 33 and 2 at 34lbs!

Had an appointment for an alignment, tire replacement, and rotation. They called right as i pulled in for the appointment first thing in the morning saying there was an equipment failure and couldn't do the alignment, ok, fine, equipment fails, I still need tires. "We're very busy and understaffed so it'll be a few hours" I had an appointment for 8 am but ok, fine. 3 hours later the desk trainee says I need to come sign to have just 2 tires replaced on an all wheel, i dont know about cars, thats why im paying knowlegable people to do the work, should've been discussed when I brought it in. I get there "we can't just replace 2 tires on an all wheel" again, could've been discussed when I brought it in. "Well we only have 2, well get 2 more in the next hour or 2" could have been discussed 3 hours ago. Bryan, I am glad you learned from this experience, i learned aswell, but your supervisors need to step it up, it takes 2 minutes to look over a trainees work.

Apparently Les Schwab's idea of making you a "priority" when you had to drop your trailer on the side of the road to get a tire is making you sit and wait for 2 hours to put a new tire on a rim. Hopefully nothing has happened to our trailer.

Great service! Repaired my leaky tire without an appointment in an hour and gave us incredible price. Will be coming back to buy tires when it's time
