Don’t come here. I was given a quote/price for specific services and they did more than I was made aware of. Appears to be their way of sneaking money out of you and it’s not like you’re able to do anything since they hold your keys. I will NOT be returning. Needless to say, I came here back in July of 2022 for the same services and it cost a little over half of what they charged me recently. I’m left confused but aware of shady business practices. Food for thought? Go over the services with customers before you begin any work on their vehicle!

I have an Audi A4, and we all know what that means in terms of repairs… for example, $$$$$$$. $$. Not only that, it’s hard to find places that work on European cars, even know how to, without them trying to swindle you. Outside of my local Audi service center, Les Schwab has won my trust and gratitude. Went in with front suspension issues that made my car sound wonky and feel terrible on drives. Thanks to Cristian and Colby and their team, they were able to help me get that fixed. Showed me visuals of my car and what needed to be taken care of and did the job right. That terrible noise that made my car sound like I was on a creaky boat has gone and the drive feels better! Thank you Les Schwab for dealing with my tricky car and providing great service at an even better price

I had front brakes done there on my Mercedes today and from start to finish, they were consummate professionals at scheduling my appointment, and keeping me informed as to how the work was progressing.

Their parts supplier initially sent the wrong parts, but the mechanic kept me updated on how quickly the correct parts would arrive, and as I waited, he did a complimentary custom paint job on my brake calipers.

When the correct parts arrived, he had everything finished very quickly, and his work was top notch.

I will definitely return for all of my tire and brake needs in the future!

I went in with two problems that I needed their help with. (1), I had a noise in my front suspension or drive train, and (2) I had a front brake problem.
They fixed my brakes, did a complete job on the front (brake pads, rotors, calipers). Got it done same day. Kudos and I am very happy.
They were unable to correctly diagnose my front-end problem. I was told it was a steering box, and gave me a pricey quote to repair it. But they were sympathetic to the cost and urged me to check with Ford first. Ultimately, it turned out to be a worn tie rod and I was able to get it fixed at another shop at a 4th of the cost.
But overall I am very satisfied with this location for the brake job. It has been several weeks now and my brakes are working flawlessly. I would come here again.

I used your online scheduling system to schedule and oil change, a service Les Shuab Tires offers.   When I arrived at the appointment time, the manager took down my information, but was unaware of my scheduled appointment.    As work began 20 minutes in, I was informed by an associate that you do not stock Synthetic formula oil for my Fiat 500L.   Why do you have a system that asks for specific make and model when that information is not used by the associates at the shop.   If they were paying attention, or if your programmers put in a flag for vehicles with special oil, I would not have spent two hours waiting for the shop to call another local shop to have them hand deliver the oil they have in stock.    This is the 21st century with technology and data collection, but you can't know if a car needs synthetic and maybe say, sorry we cannot service your vehicle.    But that did not occur.   Your shop and website accepted my car, drained the car of oil, then noticed that they were out of oil. That is not professional service.

There is another review regarding how this location treats brakes. I highly suggest taking a read. I felt like my brakes were lubricated then they sent mw off. The other review mentioned bringing some lubricant for when they screw you over with your brake fixing.
This is just sad.

Told me I needed breaks fixed. They shaved my brakes to make them even because it was still thick. My breaks started making noises again the very day. This just made me feel like I’ll never know what car mechanic I can trust. I don’t even want to purchase cars anymore. I may invest in a private driver or go to figure out how to fox cars myself because I’m tired never knowing who is telling the truth, or if they’re actually being genuine.
I have never gotten my breaks fixed and had them squeak the very next day though so I know something weird definitely went on here.

If you need brakes done they said they wont change them unless you by new calipers, thats extra $600 dollars. Chuck told me thats company policy and if i wanted brakes done by them i needed to purchase calipers. Service used to be great when they first opened dont know what happened. If you want to get overcharged use them, if not I would suggest using somebody else. You might want to bring some lube for when they bend you over, if you use them.

Always friendly, attentive and professional. I came to buy tires after they had checked my air and patched leaks in my tires so many times. And I got a great deal on some great looking, quality tires. Tyvm!

Today I went in for tires and new rims. Russell was very helpful finding me both for the cheapest possible price. Russell has helped me before on several occasions and has always been consistent with his know how, friendliness and advice. The other mechanics that I've met have also been great.
The receptionist in the front has also always been very friendly and helpful. The team they have there up to this point has always kept high standards in customer service. Highly recommend

They were great as soon as I walked to the door somebody helped me right away I was there for a while but I had a lot of work under my car prices are really good too and then people were very nice Everyone helped me the way I needed to Me Too! I would recommend anybody to go there go there they're good as like a family business family business they care about their customers

Repaired our tire at no charge. Great mechanics and customer service. They support community organizations as well as youth organizations with autism awareness which I find commendable. Give you guys 100 stars.

You know that moment you breakdown or have a flat with no spare that at best you should at least have your clock cleaned!

In all honesty. Im a former les employee. Worked 10 years for him. The customer service is not there anymore. No one greeted us. Its a shame. Cause thats how Les built this empire. Guess people just dont care or know anything about that.

Well taken care of. These guys know how to do business. Professional, fast, and got it done. Russell has some great customer service and I can see why he is where he is.

Les Schwab has always been the best tire service. This particular location is the most ably managed, and I've been to multiple locations in 3 states. Ran into a little bad luck and Justin (who turned out to be the manager) understood it was a stressful event and went well beyond effectively handling the situation, even fixing small defects he noticed at no charge. Les Schwab remains the leader in it's field.

I'm a new customer to this area of the country. Never heard of chain before. I had been told by derent repair shop in Riverside, that I needed pads and rotors, when went to Les Schwab. Told me no brake work was needed at this time. What brake shop does that.

I needed my tire plugged and they jumped right on it. I also had them check my rear brakes and rotors because another place said mine were bad and I needed to replace them. Dylan the mechanic at Les Schwan, assured me my brakes checked out fine. He took care of my tire and they didn't charge me for any work. I will definitely be going back for my next auto needs! Not often I've left an auto repair place feeling good.

Les Schwab WOW! They really came through for me and I am a very happy Guy. I Hit a huge pot hole on the freeway had a blowout on one tire and another Rim was badly damaged I came in with $150 in my account and needed all new wheels and tires because I was sick of dealing with low profile tires and I was able to finance all four wheels and Tires for a little over $1000 bucks no hassle ill even make it to work on time plus the Manager was honest and very helpful I would recommend to all

Brought my car to get my tire patched after having a rough day. Everyone was so nice. They patched it super fast & didn’t charge me anything. Such a sweet surprise. Thank you to everyone at this location. You guys made my day a lot better. ️
