I drove up for Tire Pressure check and the shop took care of checking and filling my tires quickly and politely

The WORST Les Schwab anywhere! Complete INCOMPETENCE! Went there today for the first, and definitely last time.

Everyone is helpful and they put up with me if I'm not sure what I want. I give them 5 Starz.

Super fast and free tire repair (it had a hole) I had gone somewhere else in town and they told me I needed a new tire. Well les Schwab fixed my tire right away. Best service ever

On our way to JimBoys in Yuba City our car told us one of our tire's pressure was low and low and behold was saw a Les Schwab's. They were super nice, super friendly and checked and filled all of our tires in less than 5 minutes. No charge. We totally tipped and you should, too. What a fabulous place!

It's your standard Les Schwab. I've had a couple of issues in the past, like a leaky hub after a brake and rotor replacement. Other than that they've been really good for tire replacements.

Absolutely the best les schwab in yuba sutter and butte counties. I've used them all because I have an account, but I'll drive to Gridley for the personal home town touch. Great staff, great service, no bs.

I took my truck in for an alignment after getting a quote at a competitor tire shop. I called les Schwab for a quote and it was 55% of the first bid. After taking my vehicle and having it inspected they told me the parts the other tire shop wanted to replace we’re still in good shape. I got my alignment and rotors changed out at a great price. Thanks to the mechanic Kenny for answering all my questions and needs. Thanks also to the rest of les schwab staff that got us on our way.

This is for the Gridley store because nobody else cuts it when it comes to the best. Kristi is amazing here, always takes care of us. And of course the guys in the shop are awesome too, won’t trust our brakes, tires or batteries to anyone else. From showing up at the local fairs for the 4h and FFA kids to helping take care of them when they become adults -they treat you right and have helped keep me safe on the road. Thank you guys!

That went up and beyond they told I has there tires on my car and didn't charge me a dime to fix my flat

I don't know if this was a good experience. Let the staff know I had nails in a tire and needed a patch. Took an hour and when they told me it was done, I asked about the nails and they asked, "There were nails in your tire? " Did they even listen when I let them know what I was there for? Was it even looked at? Were there really no nails in the end like they stated? Now I am going to have to go somewhere else for a second opinion. At least it was free to look at I guess?

One of the best services I had. I went there for a battery check since the battery in my car was drained. They checked it, and told me it was good and I didn’t need a new one. They did it for free. All I could offer them was a thank you and this review.

I have never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff and management, fast service, and quality work. Other companies should send their employees here to learn how to treat customers.
