Les Schwab Tire Center, Redding CA

We were picking up a car in Redding and possibly needed a new battery. Travis (a manager) took care of us. The service he gave us was AMAZING! I have never had that kind of service before! I felt so taken care of! I cannot stress enough what a great store this is. Thank you so much again.

As always great customer Service. I called before I went in to have my tires rotated and to fix a tire, which ended up having a nail in it. I didn't have an appointment. I was greatful hoelw quickly my car was repaired thank you for such wonderful staff Travis was a wonderful and knowledgeable staff member.

Jennifer was wonderful. We needed an alignment for our RV late on a Friday. She was charming and helpful. We went for Mexican food and it was done when we got back. Yay.

They’re the best! Had low tire pressure on a rainy day. I pulled in and he filled my tire with lots of air and said I was good to go for at least an hour. After my appointment, I went back there and they took me right away, repaired the tire and did not charge me. That is the best customer service ever! Will definitely go back there for our future tire needs.
In addition to repairing my tires, Xavier was kind enough to reset my car clock!

I had absolutely THE BEST experience with this Les Schwab! Nothing but smiling faces and helping hands! We had such a wild switch n’ swap between three tires, and the spare had a lock on it! Javier was an amazing technician, he was able to work with what we had and did an incredible job!
The prices are more than reasonable, especially for the immaculate same day service that was provided. I cannot thank Javier and everyone else enough for an outstanding, truly A1 service!

When we came back to pick up the truck. All the stalls where closing and of course they are struggling with ours (it a thing with us not Les Schwab issue). A lady pulled up frantically, she stopped a the young man if he could check her tire. Now you know he wanted to go home, but without a second thought he check the tire and filled it with air. Well done Les Schwab on Hilltop.

Worst car experience I've ever had, left after getting my tires done and tire rod fixed and my wheels locked up and I crashed my car

Let's put it this way, when my teenage daughter needed tires for her car I took her there. I've been getting all my tires there for as long as they've been in Redding!

And here I am again.

I'm from this area, but came through on vacation. Unfortunately one of my tires had a slow leak. Definitely not ideal for driving home 500 miles. The staff was very friendly and helpful and since I have an account I wasn't even charged. I also notice how friendly and helpful the staff were to any other customers that came in or called.

Both locations have consistently gone above and beyond for our cars. I trust them completely. They've even fixed my tires that I got from Sears when Sears wouldn't help me!

Grate customer service took care of my boat trailer same day even though there were slammed on manorial day weekend. Keep up your good work guys.

Got someone's tire weight in my tire. Unfortunately the hole was too large to repair. Got a used tire for a cheap price.

The best place in town got me in and out dropped my truck off they checked everything for me highly recommend them all the people who work here are friendly nice! Again thank you to all the staff and mechanics! You guys are the best!

I came in this morning (with no appointment) with a nail in my tire with no rush on getting it fixed right away and they had it done within an hour and at no charge. Emmanuel at the front counter was very nice, I will definitely be returning for my future tire needs based off of this experience.

I wouldn't go to another place for your tires besides Les Schwab. They fix my flat tire and put it on for me for free yes and the lady was very nice and polite with a happy smiles on her face. Very good customer service:)

Great service & people. Went in for new tires got a great sale & repaired brakes too. They located axel problem & went back a week later & got it fixed. Great job, thank u!

I have had several good experiences at this particular store, with both the staff, quality products (read: not inexpensive, but worth the investment) and services.
