Great customer service they balanced my tiers checked my alignment there my new go to guys for tires

Incredible customer service experience. I thought I had made an appointment for today online, but when I arrived the store manager said it was for next week. However, they took my car anyways! Fixed my alignment and I was back on the road. Thank you, Les Schwab!

Had a flat tire. They ordered a couple new tires, and keep my vehicle under I was able to pick it up! Great service and were friendly!

Whoever answers the phone for this location definitely needs to work on their people skills. If the phone response was like that, imagine in person.

This tire center is without a doubt the best place I've ever purchased tires. Excellent service and warranty is unbelievable. With tires you get what you pay for and the tires I get here are worth every penny.

My 16 year old son went to the shop today to buy some tires. And he pulled into the Bay, not knowing he was not supposed to. He got mistreated rudley and disrespectful Brandon. The manager this morning was more concerned about me. Saying a few cuss words because I was mad mean to handle to the situation property. I liked this place until today. They are more concerned about appellate than may have gotten hit. Then to treat customers with respect and dignity. I will never go to this place ever again. And I will make sure that people know how they treat younger adolescent adults.
They are more concerned about making money. Then to treat your customers with 100% respect.

Great friendly quick service experience for tire repair on a tire with a giant bolt/screw.

$390 for a set of tires for 15 inch rims. That's not too bad. Then they come out with this quote that my rotor and brakes are bad and which I knew already. $550. No way. I changed them myself for $25 for the brakes and the rotor did not need to be replaced. It just had some slight wear and tear on it. No big deal.
Update july 14: a month ago my girlfriend took her car in because the tires are under warranty and she needed to get the tires rotated. They charged her for a tire that said needed to be replaced and said she needed an alignment. $130. I took it somewhere else the other day for $90 and they said the alignment was perfect and that there was another bad tire. So I questioned Les Schwab on if they were just trying to get more money out of us knowing it did not need to be aligned and then if they had they would have still found the other tire was bad or maybe they just changed the wrong Tire to begin with?

Tremendous service. There is no charge for repairs to car leaks. Everything in order and nice rings for the tires of the car. Located at 16 st Merced, California.

I had a screw in my tire so I took it in to get it repaired. Evan greeted me outside and another employee took my car right in. They also found a nail in another tire and fixed them both, no charge. I have never had such great service. Check them out.

We went here to get a new tire for our rental who got flattened by a pothole covered in flood water. Even though the rental car company wanted us to use another tire center, the employees in this center were super gracious and accommodating to my husband. We probably would have gone here if we paid out of pocket just because the customer service is great!

These guys are great. They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, showed me the issue, and advised me what needed to be done. They were friendly, upfront, and most importantly - honest. I thank them and will be bringing them my business. They even remembered me, and the issue with my vehicle, almost two weeks later. You don't see that too often.

If I could give 10 's I would! Bob is absolutely the BEST! Bob went above and beyond, he is knowledgeable, has personilty plus and is the reason I will continue doing business with Les Schwab. America was also super helpful & friendly. You can see they are a family there. +

In and out 20 minutes

Traveling thru my friend burned his brakes up. Les schwab got him in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road for our vacation in 4 hours with new brakes, rotors and calipers. And it cost less than what they quoted at first. I checked the prices they charged for parts and it was right in line if I had bought the parts at oreilys. Very friendly staff.

This is made worse as the company I work for has a corporate account. Got shut down at the Chowchilla Scales for a screw in the sidewall resulting in low pressure (of course, California DOT couldn't let me travel to a location to get it repaired and have it inspected later). Called the store at 9: 40 a.m. (as it's the closest), spoke to Brandon and informed him of the situation. He got my company info, and other info needed for the repair and said repairman would leave in about 15-20 minutes. At 10: 45ish, I called and left a message with another salesperson informing him I was going to Fresno to update a DOT physical, and let him know where truck was park, spare key was in truck if needed, and the paperwork from the inspection. He stated no problem, it'd be taken care of.

I literally had my son drive from Fresno to pick me up, drove back to Fresno, got the physical, and drove back to the scales, returning at 1 p.m. Seeing tires weren't changed, I called Brandon and inquired what was the issue. Was told driver had to transfer tires somewhere and would be there in 15-20 minutes. Driver Jeremy finally arrived at 2 p.m, and did an extremely quick job in changing two semi trailer tires.

I've never had this kind of issue with any Les Schwab, as I've used them a lot for tires with our company, including on a Sunday in Oregon, and the driver was there in 45 minutes, so I have high expectations. Sitting 5 hours for a tire change with the store 20 minutes away in uncalled for.
