The service was great they got two new tires on our 2013 ford done quickly. We will always use les schwab in windsor.

Purchased tires and set up an appointment easily! The in-person appointment went by very quickly and was handled with much expertise.

Told me I didn't need a new battery when in fact I did. Checked oil but neglected to alert me I was a quart low. Got oil on the engine part. I could smell it burning all the way home and for a while in my garage. Unfortunately this appears to be standard treatment from car mechanics toward older women unaccompanied by a man. Very frustrating and insulting. Les Schwab isn't alone in this type of treatment.

Amazing service the team helped me get an appointment 15 minutes before close and I had a tire with a nail in n sidewalk. Very quick and efficient work thank you Les Schwab @ Windsor, CA

I asked if they could do an alignment on my stock van. They said yes and took the van. Four hours later they said they couldn’t do it. Big waste of time.

UPDATE! - I took my car over to the Les Scwhab on Santa Rosa Ave, great people that I know I can trust. 30 minutes later it turns out my tires are FINE! The "bubble" the guy in Windsor tried to tell me about is actually just part of the tire construction. PLEASE AVOID THIS WINDSOR LOCATION AND GO TO THE ONE OFF OF SANTA ROSA AVE! They will be completely honest AND very fast with their service. Something Windsor clearly knows nothing about.

Original: I sat in this place for over 2 hours after coming in for a low tire pressure light. Every single customer that they spoke to in that time was told they needed at least one new tire. A few of the customers who knew what they were looking for called them out and then the sales people would stutter and fumble and say, "oh well just a suggestion you're of course welcome to do whatever you think is best. " Sure enough when my time came they said I needed a new tire as well due to a "large bubble" I asked which tire, how big/where was the bubble, etc and suddenly it wasn't really a big bubble just what looked like something that could be the beginnings of one. I told them I wasn't buying a single thing from them and wanted them to please fill up the air in my tires and give me my car back.

I will take my car to a DIFFERENT, trusted Les Schwab mechanic tomorrow in Santa Rosa. If I could give zero stars I would. Highly recommend you avoid unless you want to waste hours just to be lied to and given the run around.

Convenient off highway 101 going north.it's also has a walmart, orileys, Kentucky fried chicken and pizza place, panda express, home depot, good will.

No appointments taken.expect a wait of up to an hour if not just dropping off! GREAT EMPLOYEES & FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Win-Win!

Great people. Went in to get new brakes because they were making noise, left with a break inspection and no noise free of charge. Was a pleasant surprise to have someone take care of the customer and not try and force sales on them.

If you need tires, there may be other locations that are equal, but, I assure you, there are none better than this location.
Whether it be tires for your SUV or your high end Mercedes, they've got em' at a fair price. I know ;-)
Plus, you just can't beat the customer service and after sales support.

Took my car in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They fixed my tire and had it back to me in two hours, free of charge! Prompt and friendly service would definitely recommend.

I had a flat tire. They fixed it for free and I didn't even buy my tires from them. I bought tires from them in the past so no charge. I will buy my tires from them when I need them next time. Only Les Swab!

We kept having low tire pressure in one tire on our BMW and filling it. We took it into Les Schwab today and they checked it, found a nail, repaired it all on the same day at no charge. Very impressed. Will certainly use them whenever we need tire service.

Well this is my #1 4 shop my tires, shocks, berring jobs, and alot more 4 me! I gatta freaked after my super good oil change from another place said my berring were bad?

It's was awful they said 1: 30 wait I waited up to 3 hours while I watched the workers mess around and stand there do not go highly recommend big O or any other place
