Mike was super knowledgeable and helping me with all the problems that had occurred with my pool, love his professionality and customer service definitely coming back to this location.

I no longer have a pool and glad cause prices have gone so high to keep your pool looking nice.

To bad mike doesnt work on Mondays, store terribly under stocked, tells me an item is back orderd until Christmas, Bromine, so I went to lowes and bought it. Last time Leslie. Bye bye.

The worst pool shopping experience ever. I walked in and asked for help the employees were just incompetent teenagers who only gave me dirty looks for coming close to closing time. I got there about 10 minutes before closing, just to find that they were not even wearing masks and they claimed that had closed already. I just had a simple pick up that would not have taken more than a minute and was told that the clock on their register was ahead and that if I didn’t believe them, I could check for myself. I was not rude in the slightest so I do not understand the need for their attitude. Would not recommend. Go to the Seacard pool supplies if you want quality service.

Good customer service highly recommend this store for advice tips and water test for your pool. Kevin the manager is very knowledgeable and gives genuine advice to all his customers. The products could be expensive depending on what you buy but it's either invest in your pool or have a nasty pool. Its all up to you. 10 out of 10 for me.

Kate, the manager, went above and beyond to help me get the part needed to hook up my filter cartridge! She was patient and kind and very helpful. You rock Kate!

Absolutely no customer service here. I've been here twice and never again. If you walk in expect no one to acknowledge you or ask if you need help. I can see they hire high school aged kids here so that is going to set the standard this low. Whoever manages this location is just as culpable.

Going swimming have a pool party omg amazing splash party time getting drunk hanging out laying in the pool swimming with the fishes and sleep all day with the party all night

Manager stayed open to help me with items to get my hot tub back in service. Really appreciate your patience, made my daughters weekend!

Took my pool cleaner in for a checkup. They inspected it and said it was fine and didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need. They made a few suggestions on pool maintenance which i greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!
