The new manager victor is very very rude and abrasive. The old manager Joe trail was extremely professional very courteous and always happy to help this guy every time I come in seems to have a issue and is in a very bad mood Leslie‘s corporate office needs to step in and get this guy out of here before they lose all of their business in southern Temecula
The staff is very helpful and not like other Leslies where they make you feel stupid for how little you know about your pool.
Really poor customer service. Reluctant to answer questions and acted as if we weren't even there.
