Nice big clean store. Prices seem high compariebaly, parking was way beyond a commitment to get in and out of. Employees I have seen 3 and all very nice, knowledgeable definitely go above and beyond. Parking lot will keep me out of this store

I recently moved to Yuba City and visited the Leslie Pools, Service and Repair shop to purchase a few items for my pool. The staff was rude and condescending. I will never step foot in this shop again.

Ana was a delightful person to talk to while I purchased what I needed I love the place everybody is so kind and I always get what I need there and I got this awesome car for a friend's little boy's birthday tomorrow a skimmer which was awesome

The staff was very nice. I am new to owning a pool and they were very patient answering all my questions.

I like to buy my chemicals here. Good value. I use tabs in my pool and the instore ones are better than the online ones (online come in individual bags, real pain tearing 10 of those open in a row). Shop the coupons for the best value. Uncommon parts and repairs are best at the independants in town though. Salem, Demaray or Bi-County.

This has *got* to be a joke. Went in with my fiancee. Young bearded guy (Jordan) behind the counter (and his gray-haired friend, opposite him) couldn't stop leering at me. So I said, "Hey, guys. " and we asked if they had pool plaster, mostly to cover the awkwardness. Instead, Jordan handed my fiancee the business card of "Burkett's" (a local pool repair company) and said we'd need a professional for that.
Um.that's not what we asked. My fiancee pointed that out and asked again, "Do you have pool plaster? " Jordan scoffed and shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes, mumbling, "right here. " and started to walk out from behind the counter with major attitude.

We walked out and won't be back.

I work in the damn prison system and I've never felt so objectified! Two guys just frozen there staring (not at my face). Then, to refuse to answer a simple question regarding repair? It's unbelievable how they acted. I wouldn't go back there if they were the only store in the state!

PS - note to Jordan: hanging out with dirty old men at the counter doesn't make you 'cool' - it makes you pathetic.

PPS - We had Burkett's out at the house when we first moved in. They refused to work on the pool, citing a bunch of problems, that they would (naturally!) charge lots of money to repair (that we found out later weren't true). May your business sink along with your associates. It says a lot about you that you keep the guy's business card at the front desk.how much of a kickback do you get, anyway?

I had a great experience at the Yuba City Leslie's Pool Supply today! Customer service was awesome!

I've always been impressed with the quality of service I receive from this location. Last summer I had problems with my pool cleaner and took it to Leslies for repair. I was greeted by the store manager Adam. He quickly showed me repair options for my current cleaner and also the new models on display. I decided to go with the new one they had on sale, glad I did! I highly recommend these guys to everyone.

P. S. They offer free water testing 7 days a week!

The store manager has a personality of granite. He must have a speech impediment because I can't understand his mumble. I think Leslie's can do better at finding a Human Being to interface with customers.

I have been going to Leslie Pools for 2 years now. They have always been friendly and helpful even when my husband had screwed up our pool.lol The manager Richard has always taken the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. I would recomend this store especially if you are a first time pool owner as I was.

Yuba City, CA Store: Love these guys! Adam and his team (Jorge and Jose) are awesome! They're professional, down-to-earth, and ALWAYS willing to answer my ten million questions from day one! Free water testing, and free equipment repairs. We've been coming here for years and highly recommend them to everyone!

Good place to go for most pool supplies. Hard to get the associates out from behind the counter to get help. Especially with the heavy stuff.
