Cool. They had the Muratic acid I needed.dude at counter was very eager to check me out, even though I was purchasing other items.he seemed very unnerved. Well, so goes it nowadays, good customer service is ever dwindling away. Don't get me wrong, guy was a decent guy, just seemed annoyed.

This location is extremely convenient, and the people are always friendly and willing to help. Jeff in particular has been a lifesaver in multiple instances, his knowledge of pool maintenance and care along with his great attitude make him a wonderful asset to the Leslie’s team. Just bought a hot tub and went in to buy supplies being new to treating water. Right off the bat they pushed this new spa kit on me so I bought it, then came back for more supplies and to test water to a note on the door saying be back in 15 minutes, waited about 10 minutes, nothing, so I left and came back a few days later about ten minutes before 5pm, closed again. Won't go back. Not sure how you can post hours on a business door and not honor them. Weird, then when I confronted the guy working a few days later, denied everything, called me a liar and basically told me we are done. First time in my life being treated like that at a place of business. Found what I needed at Lowes for much cheaper.

Paid over 5k to have my pool heater replaced. Used it less then 20 times, it's no longer working and these guys are not offering any help. My advice is shop for the best deal because these over priced "experts" offer nothing more than a guy on Craigslist. They sold me on service and warranty for extra money. Thanks for nothing
