This is a pathetic place. I bought a belt during black Friday, it was defective (leather was separating). Such a poor quality product. I tried to get it replaced today, instead they give me a credit on a card for the value I paid on black Friday (which does not get me a replacement belt until next black Friday). Also they did not refund my card, the gave me a store credit instead which I cannot convert to cash or use online. No wonder the internet will make these stores obsolete. Do not shop there.
Wonderful service. I needed a jacket and the service I received was special. I was guided around to various areas and given good advice. Walked out with a nice experience and new jacket.
Good C-19 protocols in place, 5 minute wait to enter store. Helpfull staff found exact size and style Levi's I wanted.
Well this was a mu first and second pair of Levis I have bought. If you only buy one pants it is 54$ but if you buy two pairs of pants or more they are 39.00 a pair. Crazy
Decent little store, only letting a.few.people.in the store because of covid.only one person at the register so it was a bit slow to check out, but overall it was an average store
Walked into an empty store with my daughter without being greeted by a single staff member. But a few customers that walked in afterwards were greeted. Could be the day or could be they don't care about catering to a diverse customer base. Staff is likely in need of retraining on their customer service skills and satisfaction across the board, especially where diversity is concerned.
*I did call the store and spoke to the manager Shay who was very apologetic.
Not as much in size options as you would hope. Also price for an outlet store still pretty high even for Levi's. Not impressed.
