Levi's Outlet Store, Commerce CA

Great location. Helpful staff and decent prices.
They don't carry the entire Levi's catalog selection of styles (for example, Western Fit) but I'm not entirely sure any one store does, anyway. Will be returning in the future.

The stores I went into each individual was very professional. Positive atmosphere all around!

Huge store! It was a little too crowded for me, but it's a grand store with many items.

To expensive for being an outlet! You can buy the same pants for the se price without the long wait to check out

The staff here is always so helpful and provides amazing customer service, unlike San Clemente store!

Really big Levi's store with lots of selection. 2nd Floor is men's, 1st floor is woman's.

One of the best outlet stores in Citadel. Nice layout. Live Female DJ. Some chairs to sit. Great window views.

A good amount of these employers would just stand around and do nothing. They decided to close down the fitting rooms and would refuse people to try out some clothes. A good amount of people want to try out some clothes but are not allowed to. I would ask some people working here if they had a certain size, they would look at me like I didn't know what I'm talking about. Bad service and bad knowledge about the products.

Love to go walking and have a good time just to see not waste money and it's a nice place to go when it's sunny and beautiful and enjoy a nice day

I haven't gone there yet and I have only called and viewed the website but even just doing that I am highly impressed when I view the website I was so excited that I can customize my clothes there are so many options available to me that I was flabbergasted! They also have large women sizes that is really hard to find I was impressed with that as well then when I called the store I have such great customer service she was so friendly she answered all my questions I was really pleased oh, I cannot wait to go in the store and go shopping! Also I was really happy that they were at the Citadel at least somewhere where I can just park and go in and I have to go through a big mall excellent choice Levi thank you

So glad the Citadel was open. My dad and I went to eat at Ruby's for the first time since the pandemic started. We walked around a bit and left quick. Just to go out really, even for a little bit, it was very nice.

Levi’s store one of the most wonderful store in the outlets they have a wonderful customer service they have a wonderful collection and very good place to shopping with a good price in seal season

The place is clean and tidy plus very systematically organised display of jeans and tshirts.
The services are efficient and waiters and waitresses are friendly and polite.
The price is value for money or very worth it.

100% happy with their customer service.

I called them three twice on a Saturday that they where Very busy in, the phone only ran twice max, and they answered all my questions patiently.when I showed up to the store they where just as courteous in person.
