Good customer services, the new skinny tall girl employee, really nice, today was 2nd day, there. 9/16/2022.

I love this store! Excellent customer service! I did a store pickup for an online purchase I was helped by Kim. Great experience! Yesterday I needed to exchange an online purchase. When I walked into the store I was warmly greeted by Kim. When she was done checking out another customer she immediately came to assist me. She definitely knows her Levi’s. After helping me find a few different styles of pants she went to the dressing room with me to make sure what we had picked out fit me. She even made a trip back to the floor to bring me a smaller size. Kim helped me find the PERFECT pair of jeans. Without Kim’s help my shopping experience could have been very frustrating for me and definitely more time consuming.

Just visited the store today, all of the staff are extremely friendly and happy to help. Clothes can be a bit pricy but if you find the right deals and check clearance you can save a lot. Their jeans are good quality so they will be well worth your money.

Everyone knows Levi's, and unsurprisingly they have a large inventory. What really stood out was the very knowledgeable, attentive and polite staff. The dressing rooms were thoroughly cleaned between uses.
I will gladly drive the 15 miles for future Levi's purchases.

Clean store! Friendly staff! And they had amazing new year deals! My husband definitely left super happy! First experience at Levi's and got a 100$ jacket for 40$ and some other great deals on outfits! He definitely looks good! And we loved that they were open on the 1st!

Went in today to just get a couple pairs of pants and was brought to a card only register. I had a gift card and debit. The gift card went through and then the transaction froze so the cashier had call IT. IT could not get the transaction to work and suggested trying another device to proceed with the transaction. Now my gift card would not work on this transaction cause it was used on the other transaction. After about 30 minutes they took me up to one of the registers at their desk and told me I would have to pay the full amount on debit as the gift card funds would not be returned for a few days. They offered no other options. I don't shop here that much so there is no point in me only paying with debit. I will not be returning to this location.

Edit: Gift card funds never got refunded. Levi's is run by a bunch of thieves

I rarely if ever give 5 stars! This store is clean, organized and well stocked. Not to forget.the representatives there are "the bomb! " In a great way of course. They were knowledge in the styles and fit to match our needs. Heck, we happily purchased more than intended, still amazed by the stock on-hand.
To the roof with inventory. All the colors of a rainbow. Jeans I never thought came in such colors. Now, here's the topper.
50%off! Not "BOGO" 50% off on everything we selected and my military discount. Can't beat it.

Prices are stupid high, about the same online, went to marshalls bought 2 pair for the price of 1.

Felt safe in there. Only 30 allowed in the store at a time. Masks on everyone. Good job, guys!
