12Such amazing staff. The tailor shop is so amazing! The fact they could get it done in an hour is fantastic! Got custom patches added to a jean jacket and even better having the jacket at half off with a door prize!
Beautiful store. I was a bit put off by the used-car-salesman demeanor of several of the employees I had contact with. Their knowledge of the product was limited, and they seemed to learn as we went along. The process was taking much longer than I'd expected, and I would have made a purchase here, but then they sent me to Westfield to use their restroom. While I was at Westfield I found what I really wanted.
Huge sign on the window to state “SALE”, but only 1 style of mens jeans are discounted. The rest…full price.
You best to buy your Levi’s jeans from Macy’s. Macy’s has a large selection & offer 30% off on the same day. Waste of time to visit this Levi’s store.

The store is clean, organized, and the staff are great. I knew which styles and fits I wanted and Juan was immediately helpful. After trying on some options, I left a happy customer with a few new pairs of jeans.

The main sections of the shop are pretty well organized and the staff are normally attentive and courteous, but pay attention to the discount sections and items.

Store seems to be suffering from being under-staffed and under-funded. The people who work there were nice and helpful. Couldn't really find anything. Jeans just sort of in stacks.
