3 Such a great experience working with Ted and Marissa over at Lexus Independent Service. I took my car in for its 180,000 mile service, Ted did an inspection and broke everything down to what needed to be done ASAP and things that could wait/cosmetic issues. Did a great job with the service and has been super helpful with any questions and other issues I've had.
As long as I drive a Lexus, which is of course forever, I'll be bringing it to Ted.
Other reviews state that it's expensive. Their labor charge isn't more expensive per hour than other places. They just use exclusively OEM Lexus parts which are far higher quality than aftermarket, and as such cost more. But the benefit is that they last longer so actually less expensive in the long run!
Called yesterday in the middle of the day and the mechanic wasnt even in. The secretary sounded like I was interrupting her TV Novela's time, by being so rude and totally unprofessional on the phone. Dont these people know in America customer service can make or brake your little money laundering businesses, and people who can read, DO look at reviews. Hopefully they look at mines and stay clear of this terrible wanna-be "pseudo" Lexus shop.
Do not, I repeat, Do NOT take your car here or anywhere near this place. I know 2 people who brought their cars in and the mechanic held their cars for MONTHS and did not fix anything!
On top of that, they had the nerve to ask for a storage fee.
Biggest crooks I know. Don't ever go here
