Of the many Lexus dealerships I've dealt with, Cerritos Lexus by far has been the best! Jeff Lee was really great to work with, he was able to get me the specific vehicle I was looking for. Basel from finance was great as well. My experience with them was very stress-free & I wasn't pressured at all. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks so much again Jeff for everything!

Dropping my car off for oil change and tire rotation. Quite disappointed that they don’t offer the loaner vehicle or shuttle service to me. I was under the impression that I can drop the car off and get back to work with the loaner car or with the shuttle service. Posting this here so that I can help others avoiding the same disappointment as I had.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received during my visit. My service advisor Pete Phat was exceptional. He was very efficient and kept me updated while I waited for my service to be completed. He managed my expectations on the wait time. The facility was clean and followed Covid protocol. I'm very pleased with Lexus of Cerritios and would absolutely recommend the service center and Pete as an advisor. I will definitely make my next appointment with Pete.

The salesman is good. But the manager in the financial department is not professional. He promoted a wheel and tire plan with one price, but when he gave us the paper to sign, he changed the plan from 6 years to 60 months with higher price. He did not mentioned the increase of the price at all and asked me to sign, and took the paper away very soon. Be aware of their financial department! They are not honest people.

Peter Yun goes above and beyond in car sales at Lexus of Cerritos! With many years of experience thus far, Peter takes care of his customers and keeps in touch with his customers with updates on vehicles people are interested in. He's helped me lease my RX SUVs for many years now and I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism he's given to me. The sales process was great. The only comment on the process was that there was an extended time period between the completion of the sales process until the finance department was ready for us. That time period was approximately an hour. The finance person was good once we started that part of the sales process.
I don't want to provide negative comments but I was disappointed the dealership did not make sure we received two keys for the used car vehicle. In fairness the sales person told me there was only one key but the vehicle we were purchasing was a dealer trade and the customer was supposed to bring the second key in and he would follow up. He told us he did reach out without a response from the prior customer. I would have thought the dealership would provide the second key as part of their internal process.

It was not the experience I was expecting. When I arrived I was told I wasn't on the list of appointments. I had to show my verification email to prove I had an appointment. The service tech was flippant and somewhat arrogant. When I picked up the car, I was not told anything about the condition of my vehicle. I was just handed the paperwork and told to find a porter. Fortunately this was a free 10k mile service, but I don't see myself paying $$$$ for this kind of customer service.

I took my 2916 Lexus in for my free birthday wash. Service representative Anthony reviewed my vehicle's history and recommended an oil change and brake fluid service. He said I would not have to wait much longer than the car wash service and I agreed. Later, I realized that if I had known that I was going to have the oil and brake service, I would have used a Lexus coupon and saved $30. I called Anthony and he said it was too late. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said one would call me. That was over a week ago and no one has called.

Not only was my service attendant helpful and attentive, but the service manager happened to walk by while I was telling the attendant about a previous issue I had during my very first service visit and she jumped into action ensuring this experience would be seamless for me. It was! Thank you!

I arrived for my appointment and the service order was written for 10,000 mile service. I brought my laptop to do work while I waited for the car. About 2 hours later, the car was serviced, washed, and ready to go! I will not hesitate to refer friends and family.

I did research for 3 months. I came across a 2017 NX 200T Lexus. It was the just the right car for me. I had such a Great experience at Cerritos Autonation. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Contact in Sales [email protected]. He was so knowledgeable, patient and lots of experience.

Excellent customer service from sales associate Chris S and Fin. Mgr Precious R. Pricing for used vehicle was a fair deal and financing equal to credit union. If you are ok with no haggle pricing and no pressure sales this dealership is for you. Dealership is clean and offers a nice variety of high end new and used vehicles. Friendly professional staff. Warrantees are costly but this place works with you. No freebies like you may have received with prior car purchases elsewhere. Overall very pleasant experience.

If you are looking for worst customer service you should chose lexus cerritos, no wonder why they are still stuck with old stock.i sent them message to acquire about new vehicle and i end up not getting any reply from representative, i sent him message again again no reply, after week or two i sent message to general manager he was like invincible, his reply was o well yea my associate will get back to you (it is not my job). And guess what no reply from associate.now i know from where these dochebags are getting this kind of training

He truly made sure that the buying experience for me went smoothly and he communicated everything that was going on during the entire process. I am extremely satisfied with the entire team, from the sales manager to sales and finance and even the part department! I will definitely recommend Lexus of Cerritos to my friends and family.

Rosel was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions he could. Very knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer, he took the time to get it. I've been coming to this dealership since I moved back to Cali and everyone has been nothing but helpful and kind.

Elmeera was extremely professional and helpful and got the whole thing done regardless of my bank giving us issues. I was and still am a complete psycho and she always maintained her professionalism. She even got me a good deal on having a second key made (the car only came with one which isn’t out of the ordinary when the keys are expensive to duplicate) I’m very grateful for their tolerance and graciousness.

From the moment I arrived, Majid greeted me, offered me a beverage, & asked me what I was looking for. I knew exactly the vehicle I came for, the exterior, & interior colors, & how much I wanted to pay for it. Majid was very nice & helpful. He immediately brought over the vehicle I selected for me to test drive. The process was smooth & easy.
