Hesham was very friendly and not over bearing. He gave his input, but let us be when necessary. He was knowledgeable about the car. After our first visit, we left, did more research, and returned to him to purchase our vehicle.

These are the exprience we have in buying a car from Lexus of Roseville - No pressure; Easy to talk to. Relevant infos were disclosed; friendly and lots of alternatives that correspond to our budget are presented that earned our business.

Car was good, however I was discriminated by your sales person Scott Silverman. He accused me of being a drug dealer and said some pretty racial stuff towards my Mexican girlfriend. I will not be returning to this dealership and telling everyone not to go to Scott Silverman. He does not deserve any business unless you agree with his inherent bias/racial stigmas. DO BETTER AND HOLD YOUR SALESMAN ACCOUNTABLE.

Working with Mariselo at Lexus of Roseville was an absolute pleasure! He is easy going and was so patient with us as we weren’t exactly sure of what year/color/price we were most comfortable with. We came in a few times to “look” before piling the trigger and worked with him each time. He is very knowledgeable and went over the pros and cons of the different trim packages so we could narrow it down to what fit our wants and needs best.
