Lexus of Westminster, is a fabulous place to purchase a new or used Lexus. Always friendly and courteous. Their facilities are clean and beautiful. A very pleasant car buying experience here.

Hey Bobby, aka "floor manager" I'm not sure exactly what you are entitle to but today was a pretty bad experience. I called you in advance to ask you if you could give me some detail on the ES 350. After our brief conversation, I told you I was coming down so you prepare it in advance.

When I got to the dealership, we went outside to check out the ES 350. For a good 10 minutes, you just stood there and watched at me the whole time. Wish you could be a littler friendlier by introducing me more about the the car or asked me if I had any questions. It made the whole experience really uncomfortable and felt weird. It almost made me to initiate every conversation.

Nonetheless, I told you I am interested to lease one soon and asked you if you know the general lease rebates or money factors on it but you told me you didn't know anything. I was very disappointed and dumbfounded. How could you as a “floor manager” doesn’t know anything especially I called ahead and you could of find prior to our appointment. I told myself that I give up at this point. I rather go to another Lexus dealership who wants my business and treat me better and a better customer service.

Enquirer about used lexus is200t. Asked for quote and salesperson Shooter and his manager Cook are so unprofessional. The salesperson literally gave me the quote and was setting there staring at me the whole time without giving me any information that i need to know. I asked to speak with the manager Cook the salesperson said he’s busy and doesn’t have time for me. They treated me very unprofessional because i’m young. Honestly the best thing for you to do is, go to a different dealership.

I visited Lexus Westminster on Sunday. 11/24/19 in AM. Dimitri Goren the Sales Rep greeted me and I let him know exactly what I have budgeted and looking for, so both of our time is not wasted. I let him know I'm driving from Irvine to Santa Monica Lexus to lease a vehicle that we have come to an agreement with already, however, I noticed the same vehicle locally here at Lexus of Westminster. I carefully explained and detailed to Dimitri that I have a deal with my budgeted price, payment and interest rate program. If they can match it, then it will save me a drive to SM and if not, that's fine and to just let me know so I can get back on the road to SM. I needed to be back to Irvine by a certain time for another appointment, so my time was limited. Dimitri said ok let me check with a Manager, Gary Twombley. He came back and said yes, we can do EXACTLY what you asked for just put down the first payment of $600 which I agreed to. I asked 6 TIMES if I can see it in writing and he assured me they can do the deal. He came back with a credit app and told me to fill it out so we can finalize the deal. I asked him once again that everything is the same as the current deal given which I showed him and he stated once again YES. Upon that verbal agreement and clear understanding, I filled out the credit app and they came back and said everything’s great. After reviewing it, the price we agreed upon was thousands more and I told this is incorrect, please go back and adjust this to the number you PROMISED and CONFIRMED with me. He went back and said sorry these are the numbers. I was in disbelief and shock of what just happened. This is blatant BAIT AND SWITCH sales tactics and nothing shy of LYING to the customer. This is an obvious case of horrible business practices after they already ran my credit and wasted more than 2 hours of my time causing me to miss my window to drive to SM. Dimitri had his head down and Gary just looked cold with no remorse and unapologetic.

I set up an appointment with Brian Arellano and he was ready to help when I showed up. Brian was very thorough and explained all the features of the car during my test drive. He was also very patient and helpful throughout the other parts involved in the buying process. He made the experience a pleasure and offered to help with other questions I might have afterwards on my purchase. Thanks to his great help I was able to program my garage opener in less than 2 minutes, which has never happened in the past! I suggest anyone considering a purchase asks for Brian's help-you'll be one happy customer! It's a reflection of good training and good service, my compliments to Brian and the team there at Westminster; Brad in finance dept.was also a pleasure to work with.

I just got mh Lexus UX model here. The salesperson Michael Huh was very nice and gave us detailed description about the vehicle and tried to work with us to get best and reasonable price for us. Me and my parents were very satisfied with the purchase and the service he gave us.

Waiting for 2 hrs just for getting the paperwork done while my friend paying it off with cash. There is no reason to wait for that long. It took me only 30 minutes to get my paperwork done at Lexus of Wichita.

This dealership is overpriced. After researching several places, I've learned that each Lexus dealership is individually owned and operated, and that some dealerships significantly mark up their cars. This is one such dealership. In natural salesman form, we were repeatedly lied to. If you want the best deals and more transparency, head over to Lexus at the Cerritos Auto Square. Same cars, much lower prices. Ijs.

Unnecessarily arrogant and rude. They do not welcome you and will send a plain clothed salesperson to creepily watch you look at cars. Every car is way overpriced.

This dealer offered me $360 for lease nx300h so i drove 1hour to get there and change to $463.i totally waste time.never again

I’m giving to this place only 1 star because the guy sale person is so rude, no smile on the face his name gred I was going in on Saturday 5/12/18 at 12: 30 afternoon I told him that I’m only 19 years old that I want to test drive Lexus IS 300 than after I will buy but all he do is rude to me treat me like a piece a craft that he won’t let me test drive until I fill out credit app

Good service, didn't catch the young mans name who Greeted me in a definite welcoming matter. Wanted to shop around more but my time was limited since I was on a 45 minute lunch. Will check it out this coming weekend.

The wait to get a loaned car is 2 hours as of today! And I was told this would happen every now. Why I have to pay a lot for this!

This was by far, the worse customer service I have ever seen. There is this car salesman Loc and he was very rude and condescending to me and my family when we wanted to buy the RX 350. He talked like he owns the place and made a habit of rudely talking to my relative. There are other dealers like Porsche of Newport and Cadillac of Costa Mesa that provided better service than here (since we are trying to buy a suv). Would not recommend this place because of the poor customer service which led me to walk out with my family.

Nice Building.

They have the LFA inside and also the LCA

Great amount of Ponies in there.

They also have a great selection of beverages inside.

Haven’t bought a car here yet, but they have a nice business going on.

Might consider it one day.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They gave me the greatest deal ever on my new Lexus and were very thorough. There was no high pressure sales tactics and the sales person really knew the car well. It was really a painless few hours (and that is saying a lot considering that I have shopped at CarMax).
