be careful. We have a 2022 lexus nx300 under warranty, recently got a small Camera issue so toke the car over there to check. As always they have no loaner car available and we were ok
Anyway after left the car there we got a call from them and we were told the camera is not under warranty and you need to pay $250 for DIGNOSE fee up front and about $2000 to fix.
I ignored it and took the car to other lexus dealership to see what's going on? I got surprised
All was under warranty NO PENNY COSTS FOR US, top of it they loaned me a very nice car during this process.too
They only think how they can make money on you, no service, no reliability at all.up to you

Andy the service rep was great and he was very good at communicating the work being completed and he gave me a solid time frame in when it would be completed.

Service department has to be the worse customer service in the city, state. It all starts with the person who answer once you press 1. I don't know her name but I called on 10/12 at 5pm.l asked for someone to help my wife that has been at the service center waiting for over 15 minute. Then, they transferred me to an extension with out telling who it was.voicemai. Then I call back and do the same thing Press 1. The. This time no answer and straight to the bum again with out asking me how can I help. This happened 4 times in a row. What does that say. She didn't want to talk to me. She transfered me all those times. Then l, to make matters worse I get a cal from a female saying sorry we are short staffed. Then she was rushing to get me off the phone. The representative that finally helped my wife at the dealer Said there are no cars available and she can wait at the dealer for someone to arrive.she said she has to go home since her shift is up. I have had her in the past and she is so disrespecfull. She didn't care when I had my services and didn't care to help my wife. So, here we are with no rental, no help.this is one of the main reasons I rather go to another dealer to get my Lexus. This place is run like a small mom n pop shop. Save your self the headache and take my experience and do not go there. This is one of the worst dealers I've ever have been part of I purchased three vehicles in the past six months and I would rather have a shop at Van Nuys then come here which is only a quarter of a mile from my house, I recently just purchased a 2024 Lexus RZ 450. That's the reason why I was there to get a rental for my upcoming travel. This place has nothing bad experiences with me. Please take this review as a warning

Two weeks ago took my 2020 and car to WD hills dealer to check sth, first ask me to pay around $200 for diagnosis Cod to find the problem my car has bumper to bumper Warranty, the lady in front desk didn’t accept and just said it’s not under warranty
Kept my car for 5 hours, back and forward nothing g happen, she said after diagnosis we let you know how much you have to pay
I took my car from that dealer
Took my car to Van Nuys dealership, they solve all problem without any penny.
In WD dealership For service they are so crazy to charge you
